I needed flowers for my wedding and my mother in law and I decided we would give these girls a shot because they were newer and we want to support small local business. Well we made a huge mistake. The girls Diane and Cindy were sweet but very unprofessional. It started with them promising us one price then sending me an invoice with a different price. After we got that settled I was sent a new invoice with one column stating the correct price, then another column with the tax doubled. After catching that I was ready to take my business elsewhere. We were given a convincing story as to why the tax had accidentally been doubled, so I decided to give them one more shot. My colors were orange hot pink and yellow and after being shown sample pictures of exactly what my bouquet would look like, they showed up the day of the wedding with red daisies instead of hot pink. Later on when the men were getting ready they discovered the boutonnieres had not come with any pins and we had to have someone make a trip to the store to purchase safety pins. It was a disaster and I would not recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!

We ordered a corsage and boutonniere for my daughters prom. We had paid extra money to scatter gems and black ribbon to match her dress. The order was suppose to ready at 12:30 the day of the prom, however when we went to pick them up they said they wouldnt be ready until 2:30 which was after the time she was suppose to meet up with everyone. When my husband was finally able to pick them up to bring them to us, there were NO gems or colored ribbon. Quite a disappointment! I would not recommend them for a special occasion.

I ordered my 39th anniversary roses from Dianas shop. I received the greatest of customer service and excellent help on getting them ordered and delivered at the time I requested. I shopped around with different flower shops in the Inland Empire and I received the best prices from them. I have spread the word about Dianas shop. An affordable place like hers was sorely needed in the Norco, Corona area. They were very pleasant and courteous. Thank you Diane & Cindy

I ordered flowers for my mom recently and they looked just like the picture. My mom loved them. They actually stayed alive for longer than 3 days...its been two weeks and they are still alive. Great Florist, awesome selections and most importantly the prices are unbeatable! Thank you Cindy!
