I came across Melissa Hagen of Soiree Productions through one of my other vendors. Originally I had no intention of booking a wedding planner, but this was THE best money I ever spent. I honestly have no idea what we would have done without her expertise and guidance. She is the reason my wedding was so perfect. My husband and I live in the DC area, but our wedding was in UT at La Caille. I knew planning my wedding from afar wasn’t going to be easy, and I was worried about doing everything over the phone. From the first call with her, though, I was immediately put to ease about the entire process. I knew she would take care of everything and that most importantly, I wouldn’t be stressed on my big day. She asked me to make a board of my wedding inspiration on Pinterest and from there she knew exactly what I wanted. I took every suggestion she had for vendors, and I was not disappointed. Each vendor I worked with was professional and incredible. From my hair and makeup artist, to my wedding cake, to the string quartet, to my florist. She made sure we got great value to help with the budget, but did not sacrifice quality. In addition to the actual planning with the vendors, she helped with other smaller projects such as arranging calligraphy for the tent cards, finding gorgeous unique table toppers, and putting together our guest book. She even thought of a new twist on the boring wedding video of growing up pictures that no one watches. I felt like my wedding had lots of unique details that set it apart from so many overdone wedding themes, and this was 100% because of her. In the weeks leading up to the wedding she took charge of all the vendors and coordinated with them to make sure everything was ready to go. On the day of the wedding, she was there by my side to make sure everything was flawless. She cue’d the wedding party as they walked down the aisle, and effortlessly transitioned all the guests from the ceremony, to the cocktail hour, and to dinner, dancing, and cake cutting. When some of my guests started leaving, she made sure we did the sparkler send off before they left so we didn’t miss out on that moment and photo op. When all was said and done, she also helped to make arrangements to preserve my dress. All our guests complimented our wedding saying it was one of the best they had ever attended. This is completely attributed to Melissa. The entire day was so organized and I never had to worry about one thing. Melissa is an incredible wedding planner. I feel so lucky to have worked with her.

Soiree Productions (esp: Melissa Hagen) made my destination wedding in Park City, Utah the most incredible, stress-free experience. Melissa did a great job of communicating with me all the way in Australia! We would email, tweet, facebook, blog and talk on the phone to plan our big day. She is honest, creative and really professional to work with. Soiree Productions has a great list of preferred vendors that you can choose from. It is obvious that everyone shares a passion for designs and even planning and will make your event absolutely perfect. I could not recommend them more!!!!

We worked with Melissa Hagen to both plan and execute our destination wedding in Park City. She was fabulous. She took all of the stress out of planning a wedding. Melissa was able to look at my pinterest board and say, "I know the perfect vendor for you." She would then work with the vendors to make sure that everything came out perfectly for us. I was told by several people that I was the calmest bride they had seen--its absolutely because of Melissa and the incredible team of vendors that she help assemble for us.

Sioree Productions is an AMAZING event planning company! They go to extra lengths to do whatever it takes to make sure that their clients big event is pulled off perfectly. They will make sure the details are all perfect...from hiring the right vendors, booking the perfect venue, to even the smallest things like what flowers to use in centerpieces. Kristin and Melissa are both so professional and friendly. You cant go wrong working with such a creative, fun, and intuitive company!

Soiree was amazing! We used them for a destination wedding and they took care of everything for us. It was so nice to be able to trust Soiree wholeheartedly to take care of every last detail while we were thousands of miles away. Soiree also did an incredible job managing all of the different requests and personalities of the wedding party and various vendors. They minimized the stress on us so we enjoyed every minute of our wedding experience!

This being our first family wedding, we were naive and ignorant about many aspects of the production. Soiree was there by our side every step of the way, from vendor suggestions to garnishes. They tirelessly presided over every aspect of the planning, the rehearsals, the layout and setup, the ceremony, the dinner and dancing, the send off and the cleanup. We could not have been more pleased and appreciative.

I have used a number of event planning services over the last 8 years for events in Park City. It took a while to find a Planner whose product was commensurate with its prices. If you are looking for a Park City quality experience, dont waste your time searching. Soiree is the only answer. Thanks for all Kristin...see you in August for the wedding.
