I met Jody at my wedding location prior to my wedding while she was preparing a wedding on that day. The reception room was absolutely gorgeous and I was sold primarily on that. I contacted Annette (owner) the following week and she talked with me for close to an hour getting to know my personality and requests for our wedding. Although our date was an entire year out she helped us the whole way. I hired Classic Touch Events for a Day of Wedding Coordinator and couldnt have been more pleased with the outcome. I was able to call or email either Annette or Jody throughout the whole process and received quick responses. One month prior to the wedding I met with Annette and Jody to discuss all that I had done up to that date and they were able to help me with the forgotten tasks that I was unable to accomplish. Two weeks prior to the wedding Annette called me to make sure I was calm and collected and asked if there was anything she could help with. She called all my vendors a week before confirming their arrival and time setup. She organized the entire wedding timeline while coordinating with my DJ and photographer The day of she arrived a few hours before and took care of everything - flowers, tables, vendors, wedding party requests/ needs, parents needs, etc. If something went wrong she didnt bother me with it - they just took care of it and moved on. While we were taking pictures after the ceremony she was able to fix the grooms tux since a button had popped off as well as making sure the pictures were perfect since the photographer had enough to worry about at the time. She even took her own pictures of the event that she sent to me after the day! Our wedding was absolutely perfect and stress free (which many brides could not agree with) and I solely believe it was because of Annette and Jodys help and services. The money spent on Classic Touch Events was well worth it and now I am able to remember the beautiful things about that day rather than all the unnecessary drama and set up time!

A couple of months before my wedding date I started to become a stressed out bride. Pulling together all the little details felt overwhelming. I had already invested so much money into my perfect day and I didnt want to mess anything up. I also realized how much help I would need the day of. I didnt want friends or family to have any responsibilities on my wedding day and I quickly realized the "day of" help my venue provided wouldnt meet my needs. Annette provided me with such great expertise. She helped me completely sort out all the plans with the vendors I had already chosen. She helped me figure out my reception decor. Literally any question that came into my mind I could ask her and she was always available with great direction and advice. But the most precious gift she gave to me was the ability to truly enjoy my special day. I transformed during my time with her from a stressed out bride to a joyful bride. I laughed and had fun my whole wedding day. I had not a care in the world besides soaking in the amazing experience of becoming a wife. I feel lucky and blessed to have chosen Annette. It was the best decision I made for my wedding, for my family, for my husband and for myself. Having her as my coordinator was priceless and I owe all of my fond wedding memories to her.

We accepted a business transaction in Orange County with Wedding Planner Natalie Childers in July. We agreed to conduct the transaction as a favor to her because "no other company would take on the task". The deal fetched more money than expected due to some excellent research and work by our crew we were able to bring in double the estimated amount. Due to our advertising we brought in several hundred people and had a very good event. Natalie Childers first promised us some items in the deal and then retracted them resulting in a great loss for our company. Natalie then took back items that were already sold to customers and our company had to pay for the losses. We then had great miscommunications due to Natalie calling and harassing an employee by calling him on his vacation on his personal cell phone when she had the company business card and didnt call the company phone line as directed. Even when the employee called Natalie from Canada and to direct her to the company business line he was verbally abused. Natalie threatened us with small claims court over very minor issues. Please be very careful when dealing with this woman.

From the very first e-mail exchange Annette was professional, engaging, direct, and patient enough to answer all our questions. We had absolutely NO CLUE what we were doing, and the best decision we made was hiring Annette as our coordinator! Both my husband and I agree - we could not have survived the planning process or the wedding day without Annette. She is such a creative problem-solver and extremely organized. She works tirelessly to make sure all our needs our met, and we got to enjoy our big day as stress-free as possible. Her attention to detail is amazing, and she brings her experience to the table in optimizing a perfect flow to the big day. A lot of people say their wedding day was super stressful - thanks to Annette, we had the most effortless, fun, and unforgettable time simply ENJOYING our wedding celebration. She even made sure we got to eat everything!!! (Which was awesome since we had Neal Fraser as our caterer). We cannot give enough praise to A Classic Touch Events. We wish we could keep Annette around to organize everything in our lives :)

My husband and I hired Annette to be our day-of coordinator for our wedding reception at the Mission Inn. She was everything we were looking for in a coordinator and then some. She answered all my emails quickly and thoroughly, and was always willing to give advice even about the smallest details. The itinerary she wrote up for us was incredibly helpful in getting our families and wedding party all on the same page. In the end, not one thing went wrong on the big day. It was seamless. Many guests told us it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended. We cant thank Annette enough for making it happen. She took care of everything at the reception, coordinating with all the vendors and making sure everything was in place. As a bonus, she knows all of the Mission Inns recommended vendors, so we basically had one awesome A-team running our party. Annette is kind, professional, creative, and organized--everything you could possibly want in a coordinator. Highly recommend!

Annette - thank you for helping us to plan and have such a stress-free, wonderful, beautiful wedding. Annette was so detailed orientated in helping us to plan our wedding. She reminded us to book certain things and she helped us with all etiquette questions. She was also a great problem solver if we had any issues with vendors or family matter etc. On the day of the wedding, I did not have to lift a finger while getting ready or during our wedding. She set up all props, took care of all hiccups, made sure things stuck to the timeline or adjusted as needed, and cleaned up our personal things and boxed them up for us. She is also very warm, sweet, and fun to be around. Thank you Annette!!
