I left the gym to go to my vehicle in the parking lot. The kid working the counter cut my lock off and pilfered my belongings, kept what he wanted, then gave back the rest when I fronted him out about it. Even though he admitted he took my stuff, said he was just doing his job by cutting the lock off an abandoned locker. And he refused to give the remainder of my belongings back. When I explained to the manager what had happened the next day, they treated me like I was the one in the wrong, even though the kid cut my lock off while I was still there!! I never did get my stuff back, never got my lock replaced, never got anything except treated like dirt ...not the paying black card memeber that I amactually am. Not even an apology. And i did complain to the highest level that I know of...only to get ignored at the highest level. Update: it has been a week since I posted this review...you can all see that there still is no response to it. They absolutely do not care if their employees sreal from their members.

This place is great for people who hold strange work, school and life hours. They are open 24 hours. They have a variety of equipment, tvs to watch, clean bathrooms, showers and lockers. They even have a nice and convenient water fountain you can refill your water bottles at. They have staff that are friendly and helpful. Place is always clean when I use it, especially the bathrooms. They have a weekly schedule for when a fitness trainer helps you with your workout or how to use the gym equipment. It is very easy to sign up and it only costs $10.00 a month for basic usage. There are other options if you want to use the tanning room or spa, but youd have to check the prices for those. One last thing, plenty of parking spaces. Word of warning, it is in an area of North highlands that may look scary at certain times of the night, but as always stay alert and the employees would be more than happy to make sure youre ok. Ive been going late and I have not had any issues yet.

We singed up last night. The facility is clean. Perhaps understaffed but membership prices are low, Id rather have that. They do offer online membership registration that is easy and will speed up the process. We experienced a well trained and courteous staff, who gave us a tour. They were busy but they sure handled it very well, by multitasking and assuring they acknowledged the people who were waiting. Loooking forward to my experience there..

The place is always clean. Its a fairly good size gym. Almost all staff members have great customer service... Although some could use some training. My only complaint is against the company. Their pizza Fridays and bagel Tuesdays are horrible! They claim its appreciate, but all it is is a huge slam in the face to their members. Its a dirty tactic that needs to stop! If you appreciate your members you need to show them with proper healthy foods.

Ive been to PF here in North Highlands a few times. Im not a day person so, I like the night. Not many people and is very open and clean. The desk people have changed a few times but all of them have been nice and helpful. Im not a gym rat either. I havent been to other gyms. The Hydro bed is awesome just wish it went longer. I like it cause its close and getting the neighborhood to look a little nicer. Thanks!

Well I must say when my husband and I signed during a promotion we were really excited, a gym thats open 24 hours and good equipment. Well the thrill is gone, my husbands locker in the mens locker room was broken into, backpack stolen with his ID,bank card and other misc things.Hopefully when the cameras are review the cops can get the thief. And this happened early this morning. Very Dissopointing,

Been a member for one year, and I love it. I have the basic $10 plan and Im happy with it. The 30-minute circuit is a great workout. There are plenty of cardio machines when Im there. I go early AM on eeekdays and mid-morning on weekends. If you want specialized classes, this gym isnt for you. If you want show up, work out anf go home, this place is perfect...and so is the price.

Worst place ever ! They guy at the front desk refused to give me a tour of the place unless I signed up! He was rude- how do they expect someone to sign up before even fully seeing the place ! Wont be going back there & definitely DIDNT sign up ! Ill stick to my 24 hour fitness membership ! They have way better customer service & friendly staff!

Unsafe location with only one girl there late at night and shes not very nice and not at all helpful, more on the rude side. No security either. No tour or training as promised. She obviously wasnt paying attention when she gave me a shirt three sizes too big. Seriously thinking about quitting. I dont care what they say, its still intimidating.

I really believe they should allow you to go in when youre 11-12 because i tried to go there with my grandma and the workers said that i cannot join until i thirteen and in my opinion that is unfair but its just an idea :-) And the place is really cool and clean and theres many machines i could work on.

The front desk staff are so helpful and friendly! Drake and Heather make me feel welcomed when I enter the doors to do my awesome workouts. The gym equipment is great and the its always very clean. They have daily classes and amazing PT. I am one happy member!

Horrible service, they force every customer to give up all of their banking information. They are the number 1 gym in America to hack. Your identity and banking information is not safe here.
