Our family has been coming to PipeWorks since 01/17. We initially got passes because two of the kids that we adopted had add/ptsd, and with the guidance of their therapist we decided that bouldering/climbing would train their sensibilities to focus and remain calm in challenging situations. Needless to say we have been completely taken back by the progress of our kids, as well as how kid-friendly this gym is. Vaugh Medford and his staff, along with the members of the gym have been nice, warm, patient, and kind to us and our kiddos. We cant say enough nice things about this place.

By far, the best climbing gym in Northern California. If you are new to Sacramento and are trying to meet people, this is the greatest place to do so. I have made so many friends at this place, and I truly miss climbing there every night. Great Classes, great climbs, slack line, lead climb, you name it! The Best! The people that work there are very nice and friendly! Check it OUT

love the experience here. tons of bouldering as well as rope climbing. yoga classes are superb and is included in the membership! cross fit available for extra cost. they also allow well mannered, non-barky, potty trained dogs as long as owners are monitoring the dogs and responsible. the workers and manager there are extraordinary!

What a great place to climb. They have climbing opportunities for all levels of experience and are constantly re-configuring the gym. Every climb is a new experience. The staff and patrons are friendly and willing to help. I had a really great experience at this gym!

Rock climbing is a blast the Jiu jitsu class is a blast the instructor is very patient and knowledgable and the people that train are super friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend this gym its the best deal in Sacramento.

Best climbing gym I have ever been to; friendly, inexpensive and lots of variety. The gym offers bouldering (with top-outs), lead-climbing, a slack-line, weights, yoga, spinning, showers, sauna, a small store and more.

Pipeworks is an awesome place. With BJJ, Crossfit, bouldering, top-roping, cardio equipment, and weights; I can get all of my fitness needs met. The friendly staff are a plus as well! Get your booty to Pipeworks!!!

Great team working there. The gym is absolutely stunning. Big lead section, awesome bouldering, workout areas and more. Its got everything you want in a climbing gym. And a sauna. Cant forget about the sauna.

Great place to go hang out and spend a few hours climbing. Especially in the summer if youre looking escape the heat. Its cold in the winter though. Bring sweats or warm up gear.
