I had a minor dispute with my local club management regarding fees, but corporate made it right. Basically, read your contract before you sign it and dont assume something will be okay if it doesnt look right. It will save you and them the headache. So now on to the all the good stuff about this club. Ive been going to the Sacramento Natomas branch for less than a month, and I will continue to stay for as long as I live in the area. The club is clean, the trainers are friendly and the people who work out here are for the most part pretty polite. As a value conscious consumer, you really cant beat the basic price 10/mo for the variety of gym equipment, atmosphere and hey theres a sauna and its a perfect supplement for me at this time as my employer also provides me a free gym membership near my workplace. The other price points are actually a good deal too if you like to take group classes, and the group training sessions called EvoFit are fun and effective. Shout out to one of the evofit trainers who does a great job facilitating it. Other places will charge double or triple per month for group training just like this, albeit with more sessions, but you have access to all the features of the gym too. This location is lively and even when it feels over crowded (during peak times only), its definitely manageable and not as bad as some people make it out to be. The club itself needs a few cosmetic touches but for the price point you really cant complain about it. Even in the few short weeks I have been there, it looks like they put in new lockers and got some painting done. Plus, we are there to work out, its not a day spa :p. Basically, if you need a place to get serious about improving your body or health, this place has it for unbeatable price points and an energetic atmosphere. Three stars for the facility and a fourth for the value.

This place is horrible. I was transferred here automatically when my other gym closed. I appreciate the effort from my old gym to conveniently transfer our memberships, but little did they know, I left Fitness Evolution to go to them! Now that they closed, I was sent back. Ugh! I tried to give them another chance, but I just hated working out there. Fine...its my personal preference. So, I went in to cancel my membership. The guy at the front desk asked me for my phone # (I think), did some stuff in the computer and said I was cancelled. I digitally signed the screen. Im positive i cancelled before the date indicated in the letter sent by my old gym, but I had a feeling Id be charged for another month. And I was! I went in again to ask about it and the guy at the front desk gave me some bullshit story about how when I came in to cancel, I was giving my 30 days notice and this was my last payment. Well, I was just charged again! How the hell do I cancel my membership?! Im about to go in there a 3rd time and its not going to be pretty! Wish I could give 0 stars!

Horrendously bad gym. DONT JOIN! First they got rid of the hand sanitizer dispensers, than the tissue boxes. 5-7 spin bikes were broken for months on end, sometimes they would try to stiff their instructors, and their procedures for checking folks in were chaotic. The front desk staff was kept in the dark and knew nothing. When they were between janitors, the floors, equipment and bathrooms were disgusting. The last straw for me was the several months-long breakdown of the air conditioning, and Corporates shameless decision to line their pockets with cash by closing their childcare and cancelling all their group exercise classes, in order to dupe more people into paying for their lousy EvoFit memberships, which cost at least $80/month on top of a standard membership. Their nutrition counseling is an app, and the EvoFit classes are over crowded and taught by youngsters with questionable experience. Cheap, but a total ripoff just the same.

One of the best gyms to workout. Its big with lots of workout machines. The price is amazing, and you wont find this kind of deal anywhere. People that are not satisfied with this gym might just be always negative in life. Premium membership gives you access to group classes and water Hydro massage plus everything else for the price of $20. Basic plan is $10 to use the workout stations. I have premium, but most of the time I workout as if I have a basic plan, since thats pretty much what I need. There is also an EvoFitt class which is a bit pricy for me ($100), but they work you like a horse. I was offered a free two day workout sessions, and let me tell you, it was awesome. I sweated like no other, and every muscle in my body was working out and burning. This class also has dietitions that will be working closely with individual to set them on a right path of success. Go check it out, and be a judge for yourself.

The worst service. When I signed up I was told something completely different. It sounded perfect so I signed the agreement without reading (big mistake). I signed up for my free one on one session and when I got there they said sorry, we never had you signed up and forced me into a group session I wasnt ready for. I was there for one month, so fed up and hated it that I decided to cancel and they charged me 60.00!!! When they told me Id only pay 20.00. I was there for a month and then a canceled month so overall I guess two months and paid almost 100.00 in fees. The worst gym and just customer service around. Would rather be unhappy with my weight then use this gym to lose the weight.

Gym use to be awesome up until recently they moved things around made it more crowded (literally working out on bench and when I stand up I bump into soemone.) Basically they try to make the gym more for who take their classes because they give them a bigger area to work in verses everyone else who have to suffer. On top of that the classes are only two hours a day. Another thing is mens sauna is more like a refrigerator I get more of a sweat sitting in my car on a rainy day. Also locker is a mess 60% broken, 30% empty but locked, 10 being used by current people working out. However they say it will be fixed soon but i highly doubt that since I was told that last year.

Bathrooms are bad. Place is too packed. People just there to socialize. Broken machines not fixed for months. Ohhh yes the dumbest thing they ever did was move their downstairs group exercise all the way to the back near the female lockers leaving no space for people who are actually there to work out. Theyre all cramped up like sardines hella close to each other. And lights are bright AF-- i used to wonder why some dudes wear shades at the gym now i know where they may have came from. The place is okay when no one is there though. Gets the job done, but if you want a good work out, drive to their other locations

bathrooms dirty, staff are rude and lazy if you ask a question.Especially the young man who works most nights not the one with braces who is actually really nice and helpful. The one with the beard.Always turns tvs off a hour early even if you are watching . Ask for a channel change and he acts like he cant although every other person working will.It may take 5 hrs but they will.Everything is constantly breaking.Way too crowded and they play the music like its a night club super loud and annoying. Also the weekend hours suck closing at 8 pm thats lame.Wish there was a closer gym to me Id go there
