The staff is amazing, thanks to the leadership of Manager Lomeli Manuel who takes his job very seriously in every aspect and detail. If you interested in personal training team #ironbodiesnminds with elite coach Marco Hernandez whos ready to take care of all your training, nutrition and supplementation needs. The Powerlifters are always pushing themselves to achieve new PRs everyday. Additionally, #crosstraining, #zumba, #yoga, and #spinning classes are available for free to our members. I love going to this gym.awesome vibe looks like they got solid trainers excellent sauna .the only bad thing is all their treadmills are absolutely horrible! !!! I mean grading it an F.more than a dozen times I almost got injuried because of the wheels skipping also they all look old .also the owner should invest in all new product of treadmills instead being old school and trying to fix them himself because thats what it looks like thier 12 years old . other than that love the place I dont trust the treadmills just beware.

I have been going to Fitness System for almost 3 years now. In that few years I cant think of a single complaint about machines, staff, or maitnence. It does have everything you could want or need for any goals. I have access to other gyms via work and school and Yet, I still choose fitness system over them. I Will be staying in this gym as long as I am in the Sacramento region, excellent service.

I have now been going to fitness system for a year and I am very pleased. They have all the equipment I need and more. So whatever my goals are, I know I have the tools to reach those goals. I rarely have to wait to use a station or machine and the environment is friendly. Also, the price is unbeatable and I can add family to my plan, making it cheaper if the bill is spread out.

the club itself is nice but management are things. I cancelled my membership like I was supposed to but they still took out my money and have not pard me back. Ive called at least 10 times, emailed them 5 times they said it would take a couple business but its been 9 days now. Once again they said theyve processed my refund but still no money. Consumer beware.

this gym is awsome has all the machines and free weights you could need, great angles and variations on the machines. major plus is the Olympic lifting room that most gyms just dont offer. all the cardio equipment you could need and even has a tanning bed! best gym I have ever gone to hands down

Neighborhood gem with great selection of nautilus, free weight, cardio, and crossfit. Great staff and reasonable prices! If you like the gun show at Golds and/or getting your swole on … not the joint for you. Get a great workout with regular people? This is the place for you!

My mom, best friend, and I all go to this gym! the employees are all super nice and helpful, the locker rooms are very clean, and they have a lot of equipment so I rarely ever have to wait for a machine. I love the wide variety of equipment, it fits every level of need.

Best gym by far open 24 hrs 7 days a week thats alwayz a +++ close to where i live if machines break better believe they are on top of things gettin fixed and free childcare for my nephews wo0t!
