Do not go here. I recently attended a meet where the level 5 IGC girls were competing against my daughters team. It was a nightmare. Everytime a girl from this gym vaulted, it literally could have been a fatal vault - in fact it didnt even look like it was supposed to! The coaches were very cold, not even comforting the girls who got injured before telling them to do their next vault attempt. The parents who send their children to this gym and have them participate in their artistic womens program could very well be cited for child abuse - the coaching is that horrific to watch. As a former gymnast, coach and current parent of two gymnasts, I am absolutely APALLED that people pay money to have their daughters taught such terrible gymnastics - please for the sake of your daughters find a gym that knows how to coach!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We went to a birthday party here today. The facilities are very cool, despite the fact that the place is in an industrial park in West Sac. I was NOT impressed with the staff, however. The college-aged blonde girl in charge of coordinating the birthday party was very impatient with the kids. My 8-year-old is fairly introverted, and hes always a bit nervous in new environments. At one point during the "free play" chaos, he wandered into the wrong mat area and she yelled across the party, "Hey, you, get back with the others. Youre not special. Youre just a kid." I was pissed, but I didnt want to make a scene a our friends party. My little guy decided to sit the rest of the party out with the grown-ups. So lame. Hence, this review.

I have two boys with very special needs. We attend this gymnastics center several times a week over a period of 4 years. My boys are ALWAYS treated kindly as well as being taught by top notch instructors. I also see the same type of coaching for all the other children/teams that attend as well. This gym is packed with a wonderful variety of equipment. The coaches are VERY ATTENTIVE and sympathetic toward their students, as well as being technically knowledgeable. I have only read 1 bad review that just doesnt seem to refer to this place at all. I can only presume that theres a lot of personal animosity in that review. This place is wonderful. Bring your children, see for yourselves.

This is THE place to have a party for any child at any age. I have had end of school parties here along with soccer team parties and my daughter has had her party here several times. She loves it and the kids always have a great time. Adults also get in on the fun by swinging on the trapeze, jumping on the trampolines, etc. The staff is always friendly and accommodating and they help you decorate and clean up afterwards, plus you can bring in any food you want! LOVE THIS PLACE!

Had my daughters 10th birthday party here. The kids had a great time, and so did some of us parents! Definitely will be back. Much more enjoyable than the jump house place we did in the past, huge layout and lots of options for different ages. Plus the staff really participated with the kids when we were wiped out and needed a break. I wasnt sure if we could bring our food and drinks in, thankfully they were fine with it and didnt try to upsell us on their stuff.

This place is awesome. The staff are so professional, friendly, and welcoming. Billing is easy. Equipment is well maintained. Did I mention the staff are awesome. They also offer Judo classes through another subcontractor.

Rudest and most incompetent management and administrative staff I have ever encountered in a business. I regret that I cannot give them less than 1 star. There are much better options in the Sacramento area.
