Shouldnt even be rating it. Prices are okay, but youre basically paying for things they dont have available, I play basketball and they told me that they have gyms just not at this location. The point of paying extra for the upgraded memberships is to have things at your disposal. I dont want to have to be driving 15-30 min every time I want to go and play basketball. This gym is only 1 mile away from my house. Its not just with a basketball gym, there are other things as well. People get memberships at gyms because they are closest to them! They dont want to be paying more for upgraded memberships if they arent going to have access to things at THEIR local gym and have to travel to another just to get access to certain things.

Ever hear the saying you get what you pay for? Good equipment at the gym but hands down one of the worst companies if not the worst customer service I have ever experienced all across the spectrum from the property to corporate, if you can get a hold of them which you most likely wont. Also, dont fall for their sign up referral incentive program because you will never see those dollars taken off your monthly fee for referred members.

Not the best gym. Tbh, I wished I had stayed at 24 Fitness instead. I pay more than $10 a month and I only can use HALF of the gym and not the full gym, unless I pay more for it, which is a ripoff. I joined this gym, mainly because its close to me and*thought* it would be cheaper. Nope. Cancelling my membership soon.

fortunately the gym is suppose to be open at 5am... Yet here I am waiting in the parking lot past opening hours. Its difficult to take this gym entirely serious when operational hours cant be met.

They have cancelled all classes and child care. If you dont have children then this a place for you.
