I come from the south so when I walk into an establishment for a service; The employees speak. Here I walked in with some daisy dukes and my presence wasnt acknowledged. So I sat down and waited for anyone to call me to their chair as this was the first time I visited the shop. I do understand that they have appointments and those are first priority, but when other people who dont have appointments go before me and Im just sitting there its not cool. Being that its LA I dont expect to be judged based on my sexuality, or are determine my sexuality based on the fact that I wear daisy dukes. I am a human being, a potential customer, now I wouldnt even think twice to go back.

I really cant believe this place is even open. The barbers are OK -- and they literally have NO consideration of peoples time. You could have an appointment and will STILL be waiting an hour to get cut (& then the cut itself takes an HOUR) The barber might even take a "quick break" before he cuts your head (Even tho youve been there WAY longer than needed)!! On top of there LACK of Time management --- They are always shooting a movie or casting or distracted by something else. This place is RIDICULOUS and will NEVER get my business again! I STRONGLY recommend taking your business elsewhere if your time is as Valuable as mine! THUMBS ALL THE WAY DOWN!!! ZERO STARS!!

Punkd? Called a day in advance to set up an appointment for the morning. Asked for the earliest available and was told 8 am. I thought it was early and even joked to them about it but the person on the phone said "Ill be there". Unfortunately... he wasnt there. Waited till 8:15 and then had to leave. Not only was I late to work, I had no excuse.

I tried calling to set up an appointment for a trim, and was immediately greeted by an attitude!!! Twice!! Which of course is a strong indication that their treatment in person would be equally as awful. They need to get it together on the customer service side, then re-open their doors.

They are supposed to be open at 8am. Ive showed up at 8am 3 days this week and no one is ever here. Talk about crappy business. Multiple people recommended this place to me and Im still not seeing what ask the hype is about.

Dont waste your time. As a black man, I take extra care to be punctual and keep appointments. Twice now I have had barbers flake on me AFTER I show up. Im not dropping another dime into this spot. Neither should you.

The guys were very professional and gave me a great haircut. One of the few places I know that do razor cuts. The only thing was the customer service was a little lackluster.
