I have taken several of my vehicles Bancroft Auto and I have also recommended many of my friends to take their vehicles there too. They are so professional, fast, honest, thorough and did I say professional? I have had a better experience here than at any dealership or big box auto repair chain. They have timely turn arounds on their repairs and I have never felt ripped off after paying for a service. Bancroft Auto comes highly recommended from me. BTW, I was referred to them by my uncle who works on cars. So word has clearly got out that B.A is a great place in Oakland to have your car repaired.

Excellent customer service. These gentlemen work with you from the beginning to the end. They will take your automobile and whatever information you have regarding symptoms and combine that with some detailed diagnostics and then call you with their assessment of the nature of your problem. This gives you the opportunity to give further instruction or at this point make the determination that its just not worth pursuing any further. They stand behind their work also. So if there is a problem just bring it back and they will correct any error they may have committed. Nice job fellas. Thanks!!
