After reviewing the inspection report of the home my husband I are purchasing, it required further inspection on the roof. My husband and I do not want to move in a home that looks perfect in the inside but can cause us a huge expense in the future. I started to google for certified roof inspectors and came across Cert-A-Roof, I called and Les answer immediately, we were able to schedule the appointment over the phone. He did not charge me until the day of the inspection which was great. Im glad I found Les to do the inspection. He was honest, and very knowledgeable. He took his time to explain what needed to be done on the roof, and he gave me options in case I wasn’t able to pay for it. In our case, we are going to negotiate with the seller and have him repair the roof. Thank you Les for being detail and pointing out everything that needed to be fixed! I 100% recommend this company.
