OUTSTANDING!!! ok, ive never done an internet review...dont even like computers, but couldnt let another day go by w/o sharing my experience w/PetersenDean Solar. Ive literally been shopping solar for over a year. Ive had 5 companies come here to quote me and teach me. Boy, have i learned alot. (I had GCI, Verengo, Power Solutions, Sungevity...and 1 other, I dont remember). After all Ive learned, I promise you, NOBODY beat PetersenDeans price...but more importantly (especially if you are financing), knowing I had a Roofing Company doing a roof job was the concern that mattered most to me. The install (obviously) was what scared me the most about going solar. Ive heard horror stories throughout my research. But, service also means everything to me. Im not easily impressed. PetersenDean installed on monday (4 days ago). It was so fast and efficient, and the entire team was so good. They were done w/in 5 hours. Immaculate install. Everything where I requested. I watched them EVERY step of the way...even w/my own ladder on the side of the house so I could see what they were doing up there!) Showing/teaching me the code requirements of the inspectors to come...Eric (my lead guy) was awesome! But so was his entire team. After mondays install, w/o even knowing, the superintendent (Javier) shows up to inspect the job on tuesday. Nice! wednesday...they have the city inspector already scheduled to come out that day. The companys Gene, is RIGHT HERE TO MEET HIM before the inspector arrives. Today, I get correspondence from project manager, Tracy, that everything has been sent to Edison so my permission to operate can move forward ASAP. Even my salesman, Scott, called today to make sure everything was fine. its very rare to get service and attentiveness like this from any 1 person in a company. Thats why i had to write...because EVERY step of the way, Ive appreciated who im dealing w/that represents this company. Stellar workmanship! Excellent service! It still exists here. go with PetersenDean for your Solar. Seriously.

Do not go with this company worst sales person in the world. We had a pre approved loan and we were ready to purchase solar. Just needed a sales person to sale us the solar. We asked for sale person to come out to house and give us a quote. He emailed us a cartoon of the pannels on a google picture that was not to scale with a guess price. We asked the sales person to come to our house so that we can get a better idea of the contract and the pannels to be place on the house. After setting up an appointment and taking off work, he canceled the first appointment and was a no show for second appointment. I dont get it we have money to purchase the solar, but for some unknown reason they dont want to sell it to use. They cant say we are difficult people because they havent met us and all we ask for was a quote. They brag they are American made and company, If they are what American companies are suppose to be, Ill go with the Chinese.

Promised on 6 different times over a 6 week period to show up to handle broker roof tiles. As of yet they have not shown up after promises and appointments being made. This company is a total NO SHOW. Do not trust them to do anything they say.

Please, please change the stupid commercials you run over and over with the illogical premise that if you love America you will buy Petersen Dean solar. Wrap the flag in something else.
