As a Board member of our Condo Complex we needed to make a decision on replacing our roof on 8 buildings. We met with several contractors and decided Born 2 Roof was our choice. We felt his materials, installation methods and reputation made him the correct choice. We certainly did not make a bad choice. Mr Santana and his men were organized from day one. We had areas that needed to be avoided by our homeowners during the day. But every effort was made to accomodate our homeowners. I was uodated almost daily on the progress of the roofing project. Everything was as promised and more. Mr Santana and his men went out of their way to be sure we were 100% satisfied. Everyday our complex was cleaned as if there was no work going on. It was amazing In the end we have a beauutiful new roof. We could not have been happier.and we have the best roof, properly installed that our money could buy.

I called and met with 3 different contractors about our roof. We live in a condo where it has a "low sloping" roof but really it was just flat and uneven and pooled water whenever it rained. I decided to go with Cruz because he seemed like a genuine person and his rates were competitive. We had a good experience with him and he is very good at communicating along the way. He completely tore out our old roof, added a new structural slope and and then put a new roof on. He took pictures a long the way and encouraged us to look on the roof at the progress. Cruz and his employees were always courteous and the craftsmanship was very good.

Cruz and his crew did a great job repairing my roof and replacing all of the underlayment. He replaced all sections that had dry rot damage and repainted all of the new trim to match the existing trim. I also had him install rain gutters around the perimeter of my roof. Everything turned out great. He and his crew were very professional. They cleaned up everything and left everything looking better than before. The work was competed on schedule. Pricing was very fair. I highly recommend Cruz and Born 2 Roof.

Need new roof due to leaking in garage everytime it rained and for just being old. Cruz santana came over and gave a very fair estimate. Repaired damaged wood and even added rain gutters. Cant wait for it to rain now. He and his crew were very nice and friendly. I was very impressed with how he treated my neighbor since some of my roof over hangs his property.
