SHEA ROOFING IS THE VERY BEST! They are a family company , they care , and they do top notch excellent work! They put a fantastic roof on our rental property some 15 years ago and it is still perfect. They put a roof on my home about 10 years ago and it is perfect as well. We just bought a fixer-upper and this roof was a disaster on this house, they completed the entire job in 4 days. The crew was professional , clean, orderly and the workmanship is impeccable. They are no-nonsense, and very easy to communicate with. And they stand behind their work. If you need a roof, and want peace of mind that you are going to deal with professionals ....Choose Shea!!!! We needed a complete tear-off and new roof. We phoned in to have someone come out and give us an estimate. Bill promptly returned our call and came out a couple of days later. Nice guy...he answered all of our questions and provided us with a detailed quote on the spot along with credentials (insurance, references, etc). The price was very reasonable. Also, of the three estimates we received, he was the only one to suggest that we need not replace the flat roof of a more recent patio addition as it was still in good condition. The honesty was greatly appreciated.

First rain........ first problems with the roof (apparently the problems from previous year did not go away by themselves :( Who knew!) Bill Shea is fantastic!!! Loved how professional and honest he was with me and everything is handled!!! Talk about fast and efficient!!! Thank you!!!!

They have been the roofers for my roof for YEARS, through remodels and all and I will always go back to them only!!! They show when they say that they will and clean up after themselves (unlike my electrician). Highly, highly recommended!!!!!
