Before reading this, if you need help with you roof call Bilt-Well, you cant go wrong. I had a leaking skylight that another roofer came out to and attempted to fix. Problem was it was never fixed and it continued to leak. After I called Bilt-Well, a gentleman named Steve came out and looked at my roof. Im pretty adventurous so I got up on the roof with him. He explained that what was done was all wrong and wasnt done properly. Obviously I am not a professional but he showed me what he was talking about in detail. After his explanation I was ready willing and able to give anything a try. I was sick and tired of my leaky skylight. Steve gave me a price and I agreed. After he left his office called me to schedule a time. I scheduled a time and within a couple of days the roofer came out. He immediately did exactly what Steve prescribed. You could just tell that the job was done properly and thoroughly. Well it didnt rain for some time but I must say, since it was done and after a couple of rain storms I didnt even get a drop of rain. The problem was solved. The office called right after the job and asked me if I was happy. I am happy and that is why I am highly recommending Bilt-Well Roofing to anyone that is looking to have a repair done or a roof replaced.

I wish I could give a rave review for this company, as have other reviewers, but I never got anywhere with these people. I tried for two weeks to get an appointment for an estimate to replace our roof, and at least four times the dispatcher called to change the date. The last time she called one hour before the appointment and asked to change it again, at which time I told her that I would call someone else. If they do this for a simple estimate, how can I expect that they will begin the work on time, and get it done quickly without excuses? If they dont want to come, just say so and stop wasting peoples time.

I had a great experience with this company. I remembered them from the tv show "Dirty Jobs" with Mike Rowe. I called them to get a free estimate. They were able to send someone out the next day. The person they sent out made sure the estimate was going to be accurate by calling to verify with the billing department. I booked them right away and they started the job about a week later. It only took them 3 days to install a brand new roof. They were able to show me tons of different roof colors. I will recommend them to my friends and family!

This is a great company to work with if 1) you dont mind being overcharged by a factor of 3 2) dont mind dealing with their poor response time, un-returned calls and inter-office communication skills 3) dont mind spending 2 weeks finding stray roofing nails in your driveway Read your contract carefully and dont trust the salesman when he says "oh, well take good care of it all" and dont expect a firm start date, they just show up and start whenever they feel like it and may not have everything they need when they arrive. Fortunately, a good friend referred me to Bilt-Well Roofing. With the heavy rain in Southern California, we had a leak in our roof that breached the inside paneling in our family room. They responded promptly. The servicemen arrived and took care of the leak professionally and were very polite. I highly recommend these roofers. They gave me peace of mind.
