we hired avalon roofing to fix roof leak last december 08,had no rain since then till today.roof still leaked same spot.when i called back to fix job,they said they dont warranty repair work even though i had a signed contract from there estimator that said if roof leaks within one year they woiuld repair at no cost. i faxed them the document and they said that wasnt there estimators signature.they implied that we forged document when clerly all writing was in the same hand.never the less still have leak and they dont care. they got paid.SHADY CONTRACTOR BEWARE

Avalon Roofing recently re-roofed a house of mine in Gardena. From the beginning the sales agent, Javier was responsive and professional. He met me at the planned times and his crew also showed up when scheduled and completed the work in a timely manner. The crew foreman and his men were friendly and paid attention to details. I have used Avalon Roofing and their team for over 10 years. They have always been quite responsive to all my calls. They have replaced my roof, fixed leaky decking areas as well as fixing a roof on another rental property of mine. I only wish other contractors would be more like these guys. I highly recommend them for their quality work, on-time performance and responsiveness.
