We got a bid from Midwest Roofing to replace our clients roof. They were quick to get us a low cost estimate however once we signed the contract, it was very difficult to get anyone on the phone. When we called the office, the secretary had no idea who we were! After a week of getting no returned phone calls, we decided to cancel our contract, Midwest Roofing sent us a bill for $2,000 (20% of the contract). After another week of disputing the bill, we agreed to pay 10% with the agreement that an unconditional release would be issued. Three weeks after the check was sent to their office, we still havent received the release! After getting the run around from several different staff members, I finally ask to speak to the owner... and Im told that "hes at the gym right now." Two days later I called back and spoke to Darren the owner, who offered no apology except that I would just have to wait for the Office Manager to come back from vacation (another week). Dont be fooled by this company! Theyre unprofessional, unorganized and poorly operated. The customer service is awful and Im surprised that theyre still in business.

It took a long time to get a hold of the company to even set up a date, I had to call them several times before they even set up an appointment. They also didnt show up for their appointment or call me to let me know that were not going to make the appointment. Completely unprofessional company and should not be used.
