Steve and his crew had just finished replacing the roof on our home when my client began experiencing a roof leak. With my clients home in escrow and more rain on the way, I contacted Steve with an argent request for service. He took my call at 6 pm and shuffled his crews schedule and had them at the home by 9 am the following morning. I cannot express enough gratitude for Steve and his team at Royal Roofing. They treat your needs as their own and provide to notch customer service. Steves foreman even texted me a series of pictures while at my clients home showing how they mitigated the roof leak. I can refer with confidence Royal Roofing and their dedicated team of employees. Its rare to find a company that puts their customers needs before their own. Not only was Steves team able to save my clients home from further damage, his quick action reflected positively on me for referring his company. Thanks Steve!

Royal Roofing provided me with prompt and professional service when I needed a new roof for my home. I had dealt with other roofing companies before, and it’s fair to say that my experiences had made me skeptical. However, a friend who knew my past issues recommended Royal Roofing to me because of their outstanding customer service. He thought they could provide a different experience for me and boy, was he right! Unlike other roofing companies I had worked with in the past, Royal Roofing went out of their way to get the job done right. Their crews were timely and courteous to me and my family as they were doing the work. They also made sure that they cleaned up the work site when they were done, leaving our house and yard looking as good as new.

Our preschool recently had issues with our roof that needed immediate repair. A friend of mine who works at another preschool in the area recommended Steve Pinkus and Royal Roofing to us. I had never dealt with a roofing company before and wasn’t sure what to expect. However, Steve and his team at Royal Roofing were patient, understanding and walked us through every step in the process. We had several concerns since there were children in the preschool while the work was taking place. Steve made sure that every precaution was taken to ensure the safety of our children and staff and worked extra hard to minimize the distraction it might have caused.
