I hired Ron to book my trip so i dont have to deal with the hassle, but instead he was not reliable. This guy does not listen to his client. He book my entire trip of 7 with almost everyone last name is mix match. When i call to corrected, he still make mistake on my sons last name and he blame it on me that i dont check. Imagine a mom dont remember her own son last name I did not receive my package until 2 days before my trip and found out he put us in a different Hotel. I was regret using his service with this expensive trip.

was sorry to read about the lady who had trouble with her travel plans with Ron. We used Janine and she did a fabulous job. We went to Hawaii with two of our children and their families. Stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Kauai, Upscaled and a great time had by all, specially the 5 grandchildren. Thanks Janine.
