Salaam everyone my name is Sherif Nawa Im writing to tell you I went to Umrah with Aqra travel. Let me tell you it was by the best experience I ever had , they put me in a hotel called anjum and I loved it. It was a 5 star hotel very beautiful and elegant at a good price. The breakfast was my favorite and variety of different foods they had, in which surprised me, they had the best breakfast ever. It was also very close to haram and state of are design hotel and rich history behind it. Aqra travel is also known for its best service even there agent in Saudi Arabia took really good care of me when I went transportation from Jed to makkah. I will always go with Aqra travel for umrah as there service is the best ever. Thanks Sherif Nawa

Traveled for Umrah through this agency on a five star package and had a horrible experience. Ground transportation was terrible - we were picked up in an old beat up taxi and my family ended up in a horrible car accident because driver was running red lights. Rooms were not of five star quality. Aqra took zero responsibility and just brushed liability off on locals in Saudia Arabia. Pay the extra money and use Dar el Salaam. When traveling internationally, its worth it to pay a little more for peace of mind.

I had a great time on my trip. Everything went perfect Mashallah. We were picked up on time at all places-Madinah airport, To Mecca, to Jeddah. In fact, Gazi the contact person in Saudi called me and told me each time what driver we would be assigned and gave us an Urdu speaking driver. Hotels were 5 star and great! I would give Aqra an A grade! See you guys next time IA!
