Some reviews say that they are rude but i beg to differ. the office is VERY busy, they get calls within calls and my comment is that they are understaffed. The ticket prices are VERY lowe, especially for Delta and Pal flights. They will find a way for you to get the lowest fare possible. lets just say back in 09 I got a NW flight to Manila for 730$ with tax. That was a deal. they can even offer like a balikbayan housing w/driver for you though I have not yet tried that service. they used to have a website that post the pricing but it closed down. Id say try them for the fact its the pricing that will make you feel that you got your moneys worth for that Philippine Trip

Was suppose to book an economy ticket and i would use an upgrade certificate to business class both ways. No problem going to Manila. Coming back. Manila airport said wrong class. Manila airport would not allow me to use certificate. So had to sit economy. Called and complain to S and S guy. Very, very rude to me. He kept questioning how it could happen. I kept telling him I am not travel agent and it was my fault. Too many other agency that I can use.

My observation is that they just price match whatever price I can find online. I hope they can offer lower pricing to provide incentive of booking with them. Otherwise, online booking with other travel sites would be better because I get to earn points. But S & S Travel provides great customer service especially Osie.
