Vested very little in accommodating their customers. Explained to her that we would like to get as much information as possible over the phone (we live in Eagle), but she insisted on us traveling to her downtown location. Will look for a more accomodating agency to plan our European trip.

Requested a plan several weeks ago for a European trip. I was told a number of times I would get an email with a trial itinerary but it has never arrived. I resolved today to find another travel agency. I hate it because my agent is nice-just need a little better response.
