Not helpful, bad customer service i called and requesting a quote traveling from lax to Dusseldorf (Germany) and the customer service was giving an attitude and the owner giving the lower price the next day so i called back and the owner was giving me a bad attitude as well indicating that hes not making much profit for this type of ticket so he refuses to talk to me. Hope this business is dead and going out of business soon

I have never experienced such rude and inconsiderate people in the entirety of dealing with professionals in the travel industry. My wife found them because they found the cheapest rates. I talked to "Helen" and asked some simple questions. Within a couple minutes she became rude and didnt want to talk to me anymore. Why are they still in business with this kind of customer service?

Im not sure what other negative reviews are about but I found that Blue Skye offers excellent customer service, especially Helen. Changing flights can be a pain but she made it seem painless...all I needed was just a phone call to Helen and she took care the rest!!!
