MINUS ONE! ZERO! Biggest Disappointment ever! Had a 2:00 pm appt on March 19 with Cassandra. Arrived at 2:00 and was told by TWO GIRLS ON DESK they called me at 1:10 pm to tell me that they moved my appt to 2:30. I never got a message. After waiting for 40 minutes I asked these two girls on the desk what happened to my 2:30 and they said Cassandra left and some other Technician would take me after she finished her client. I left!!!!!! Is this the way to treat clients???????????????? I WILL NEVER BE BACK AND WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS ABOUT THIS UNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE.!!! I have been to the best salons all over the world and NEVER have been treated so HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love the services. April is cool, and always delivers stylish haircuts that fit my personality and overall look. Ninas cabin is magical!! One facial with her and I get compliments all week! Their level of service really stands out. I travel a ton, and always go Aveda. Alankara Aveda is def at the top of my list! Their complimentary rituals are great! This place is really cool. Great design and location. (swing by and check out the blue floors!!)

Came here for a haircut and eyebrow wax and left so, so happy! It is a second location, and looks really beautiful and the new staff is nice and helpful. April gave me a fun new cut and Nina took care of my eyebrows and left me looking great. Cant wait to pamper myself again!

Best facial I have had. Nina was warm and friendly. Her Aveda Green Science facial took away my fine lines. It is a high end salon, but the prices are worth it. The results are phenomenal.
