You know your in for a really bad experience when your hairdresser is wearing sweats and dirty flip flops. My experience was a nightmare. Dirty, unprofessional and not at all up to par with health code. Hint: NEVER eat where your clients are getting hair cut and styled. Dont you have a breakroom? NEVER postpone a clients appointment for your personal friends and familys hair. ALWAYS sweep between each client and clean up. My stylist used scissors that were also used on someone else, I watched and she didnt even flinch to get a sanitized pair of new scissors. Hair is attached to the scalp and if you pull on it, it probably hurts! Duh. No, you dont rinse hair in FREEZING cold water. Thanks for the headache. I could go on, but Ill wait until Im not so annoyed. The owner has heart, but her stylists and the condition of the salon (lack of cleanliness) is going to be the end of her career. Its obvious that none of them want to be there or are happy... it was the worst experience Ive had as a whole.

I have been working here for over a year now and LOVE it. I couldnt help but notice the comment left below and felt the need to state that the only other review they have done is for a salon that I no longer affiliate with. My clients have followed me from where I moved from and absolutely love Z Best Salon! We strive to keep our business as professional as possible and always want our clients coming in and leaving as friends. If you havent been in for a service you need to! :) We offer hair services, eye lash extensions, facials, pedicures, nails, and much more! We have been opened for over 2 decades and that right there says how well the owner as maintained a great salon as well as co workers. If you happen to drive by, swing in to say hello! Wed love to hear from our clients to let us know how we are doing. If there is ever any problems with your service dont be scared to let us know! We are a very friendly salon and want to make sure our clients leave happy and always want to return! :)

I went here to go get mine and my daughters hair done for my wedding. By Melena. I told the her I wanted my hair half pulled back SOFTLY, and thats NOT what I got. My hair was so tight, it hurt my head. Then she burned my daughters ear with the curling iron, and by the time my wedding came around...my hair was flat and my daughters hair was falling out of the "pony tail" she did. $85 for something I could of done on my own?? The reason I give it 3 stars is because I went to get my nails done there the day before by Shelly and loved them! So I would go there to get my nails done....but not my hair.

I moved from Califonia a few months ago and know no one. I made a appointment with Terri to go from black to light with blonde highlights. I LOVED IT!! Great staff, everyone is so nice and very hospitable, I will definitely recommend them to any friends I make. Got my nails done, and absolutely LOVE THEM. These ladies do a great job, and even invited me to stop by just to hang out. Thank you to everyone there. P.S. Women that were unsatisfied with other salons work, were coming here to get it fixed.

I love EVERYONE at ZBest. I have been going to Terry Patton for 10 years. They are not only my salon experts, they are my friends. If you dont connect with the first stylist/specialist, change it up the next time. Im confident there is someone there who will meet your specific needs. Its a great, inviting environment where customers are made to feel like were catching up with old friends.

I had my eyeliner permanently tattooed by Barb and she did an amazing job! I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to get permanent makeup. Not only are her prices great but she is very experienced and made me feel at ease. The salon was very clean and had a relaxing environment. I had a great experience and I will recommend her to all my friends and family!

The worst. I wanted a gel manicure, she messed up twice so she dremeled them off, another lady told me I was wrong for wanting a gel polish, that acrylic is the only way, gel cant be perfect....I left bleeding. Now two months later, my nail beds are STILL trying to recover. The lady doing my nails was nice, but they have no idea what theyre doing.

The staff is friendly and conscientious, the prices are lower than the department store salons, and Shiloh did an amazing job with both mine and my husbands hair! Were DEFINITELY planning to go back!

a girl stephani there has a bad attitude...thinks shes a queen. needs to get out of drama mode and quit thinking all about herself. terrible exprience having her do my nails.

Wish I could rate their customer service, but there wasnt any. I was a first and last time customer. Definitely go there if you like getting less than you pay for.
