This is a wonderful place to really have youre comforters, bedspreads, big blankets etc. CLEANED VERY WELL! This place is perfect for do it yourself or drop off. They have high quality equipment and nice hours of operation. They also have laundry supplies you can purchase out of a machine or from the salon. Friendly and clean this is a well kept secret in the desert. FYI They have the only machine in the valley of this size that is open for public use. There is onsite staff to point you in the right direction. If you are lucky to meet Iris you will be treated like royalty. What a gracious and helpful woman to have assist you!!! Early Sunday morning decided to use the Valentine Laundry Service, as mine washer has broken down and out for service. So not expecting anything special, I walked into their establishment, and noticed how clean the place was, many people there. I had to change my dollar bills into quarters, had two one dollar bills, out of many, that had a burnt section, and Karen the manager, happily exchanged them for quarters. Highly professional business there, will stop back just use their dry cleaning service.

While in Palm Desert I had a little emergency. My dog upchucked on my hostesses bedspread! Yikes! We needed to wash it ASAP. Luckily we found the Valentine Laundry. It was clean and comfortable. The owner Karen and her staff were wonderfully helpful and easy to work with. They had the right machines that were clean and efficient. The stain came out and all is well. I would definitely go back there and highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you!

The wont even let you in after 8pm. I have never ever seen a laundry mat that closes before 10pm. How are people working/staying in the area supposed to get here that early and still eat dinner? Ridiculous.

Im in town visiting and came with my sister who had two huge stinky comforters and a $50 bill, and forgot her soap. Iris was amazing, and so nice. Best experience ever. And the book nook is awesome.

Very convenient. Washing machines of all sizes, change machine, vending machine, soap vending machine. They have a helpful lady there at all times too. The restroom is clean and spacious.
