The most HORRIBLE experience with this dry cleaner! They shrunk my favorite $170 wool pea coat! Knowing they wouldnt pay for the coat, I went in WITH the coat to talk to them about at LEAST giving me my $20 back. The owner told me, "We dont shrink anything here, get out." This was only after I said my name, and the reason I was there. Less than 2 minutes. I am a reasonable person, so I told him, "I can understand if it was a mistake, Ive been here before and the two times before this have been fine, but this time my coat is SHRUNK. I would just like my money back because you just ruined a $170 coat!" To which he replied, "We dont shrink anything and you are not getting your money back!" and walked away. As I was leaving he also yelled, "F*** YOU; WH*RE!" and continued to yell at me. This was the OWNER of the place. I think all the positive reviews are from either fake screen names or friends/family members. You dont get far telling complete strangers, let alone a REPEAT customer that they are WH*RES.

I came to this dry cleaners as soon as they opened (around 2007?) because of the non-toxic methods they use. What a relief to know that awful chemicals arent touching our skin any more! Arthur and Mary are so welcoming and yet professional - they always greet me with enthusiasm (and when I need my French fix I speak French with Arthur). They go out of their way to give excellent service. I cant recommend this place highly enough. Loyal customer here!

Truly a gem! We have used Eco-Clean regularly for 3 years since moving to East Pasadena and have been very happy with the service. Art and Mary are always warm and inviting, and greet us by name. Their cleaning service is always excellent, and we rely on them for numerous garment repair and hem jobs. Best of all, they are very honest when something cant be cleaned or fixed. BONUS: Mary always gives our son a hug and a lollipop when we stop in.

I love this dry cleaners! I have used them exclusively since they opened. Art and Mary are wonderful and are able to take care of tough problems and are accommodating on timing. They truly make you feel like they are an extended part of your family. I have never had a negative experience.
