I just recently moved onto my boat in Newport Harbor and dropped off some dress shirts with Anna at Kona Cleaners and everything was way more streamlined and easy than Ive experienced at a dry cleaners before. I setup everything with my e-mail with them which is perfect since I always lose my tickets, but I also received a status update when it was ready which was perfect. Shortly afterwards, Kayla called to welcome me to Kona and also informed me that they do Fluff and Fold, which is perfect since there isnt a washing machine on my boat. All of this, coupled with the fact that the location is literally walking distance from me made everything so convenient and easy. Definitely would recommend Kona Cleaners to anyone.

Been doing business with the Lido Kona cleaners for nine years. Would have changed companies if I hadnt liked their service. Your survey questions asks if I "love" my clean clothes. No, I dont "love" them, but I am quite satisfied with them. Over use of the word "love" is taking away the true meaning of it. Look it up!!

I brought in some clothes that I really needed the next day. A guy named Prashant took them and promised me it would be ready. Came in the next day at 6pm and sure enough, Prashant had my clothes clean and ready to wear. Nice job young man. Ill be back.
