My wife and I had used this place for years and always appreciated the impeccable service we got. Earlier this year we decided to move a few miles away so I gently let the owner know that we were sad that we would not be able to do business with him anymore. He assured me that we would be able to continue to do business as usual but I was not sure how that was going to be possible. Turns out they offer a service to customers in the local area where they come and pick up and drop off all of your dry cleaning once a week. I leave the dirty stuff in the back and when I get home from work the clean stuff is waiting for me. How much does this cost? NO EXTRA CHARGE! My only disappointment was that I hadnt known about this sooner. They have our debit card on file and the whole thing has been working like clockwork for the past six months. The owner even cut me some slack on an insufficient funds scenario. Its not often that my expectations are exceeded so high that I feel compelled to write a review but I feel like it is the least I can do for what has been done for us. If you are looking for an honest, clean operation I recommend that you check em out! Shane P.

Quality Service! I have been coming here since I moved to this area 5 years ago. The owner is very friendly and professional. My clothes come back looking perfect. Sometimes I forget to tell him about certain stains and spots I want removed, and when I get them back, my clothes are super clean. Not like other places where if you dont tell them, the stain will still be there. Also, I tend to dirty my clothes quite a bit, and they never make me feel bad or embarrassed! I am very happy with this place.

Hiten is the owners name. Hiten has a great staff, he really cares about his customers. I am starting a new job at a bank and he gives great advice. Now his dry cleaning machines are state of the art and his prices are great. I recently needed some garments ready next day because of a special circumstance and he was able to work something out for me and have at least a few garments to put me through a few days. I am a customer for life now because of his extraordinary customer service.

Since becoming a Fantastic Cleaners customer, I have been unsatisfied at every other dry cleaners. I recommend Fantastic Cleaners to everyone with dry cleaning needs, and Ive never had anyone come back to me with an unhappy report. I am a fan of their "green" wet cleaning process, and Ive been happy with every service: from pressing dress pants to cleaning wedding dresses, Fantastic Cleaners does outstanding work.

I dont know how, but the owner has an amazing memory. I came by once and hadnt been there in a long time (my wife usually handles the dry-cleaning). Somehow he remembered me and was able to pull up our order without even asking for a ticket...

I brought my pea coat here to be dry cleaned after sitting in storage for a while and they were still able to get the stains out and for a good price! They treat customers very kindly.
