I just bought a dress for 150.00, got a little bit of dirt on it, brought it in to "chic cleaners" they told me to come back saturday so I did only to find my dress was ruined! Whatever chemical they used on it lightened it in certain spots, when i tried to show it to the lady she tried pulling the dress out of my hand and completely denied that they had done it. I just bought the dress and wore it once, she sat there and yelled at me for a good few minutes, tried to grab the dress from my hand again saying she wanted to clean it again.I told her I didnt trust them with my dress since she has already ruined it and that all i wanted was to get the money back I had paid to get my dress "cleaned" they wouldnt even give me the money back for ruining my dress..... I will NEVER bring my dry cleaning to this place again, they didnt only ruin my dress but denied it and wouldnt give me the $ back from the dry cleaning cost. Shes lucky I didnt try to make her pay me the 150.00 back. I would NOT go here!

This place was okay. They didnt ruin any of my itmes , but they were way over priced. I got a few shirts cleaned that usually costs about $20, this place chraged $37,. Almost double what I normally pay. :P
