I used this cleaners for years even though they were not able to get stains out, they would leave a little film on some of my school shirts and they ruined a shirt of mine and a couple of my sons. Then I received a shirt with so much film on it and asked them to redo it. One girl told me its is my deodorant. The one that cleaned it told me he would never give it to me like that. He said he would rinse it but I would have to pay if I wanted it dry cleaned. I felt so stupid. I used there company for years and paid at least 30 to 40 dollars a week and accepted all their minor errors. But when they would not fix one big error I decided I will never return.

Have frequented Clenet Cleaners many times. Theyre always reliably cheap. However they keep on putting pins in my clothes, poking large holes in the fabric, and if I forget to take the pins out right away they will rust, destroying the item completely. Please stop pinning my clothes.
