Absolutely awful experience. I dropped off two sweaters and when I came back for them they only gave me one. I said I had another and the women working there looked confused and started searching for it. She then told me it wasnt finished yet and to come back in a couple hours. When I came back she told me their machine was broken so it wont be done for another couple days. I came back again and this time the owner was called to talk to me. He said they got the sweater back after sending to an outside person but it was stained so they sent it back. He then pretended to call the man they sent it to and told me it would be done soon. I came back a couple weeks later and they said that they keep calling him but he wont answer but he comes every couple weeks so they will talk to him then. A couple more weeks pass so I go back again and they tell me that this man moved to another state but he should be bringing the clothes back soon. Another couple weeks go by and when I return they finally give up the charades and say theyll give me store credit. Did they really think Id go back after all the lying they did? Yeah right. Very unprofessional and childish way of handling things.

This place has got to be the worst cleaner I have ever been to!!! I dropped off a military uniform on a tuesday to have name tapes sewn on and was told that it would be ready on that thursday as I had requested. I show up on that friday and my uniform is not even at the location, they tell me that it would be there the following day. Monday rolls around and I go in to pick it up... What do you know, not there again! Long story short, I finally go and pick it up myself today after being told for a week and a half that it would be dropped off at my home. After all that wait, my uniform looked like a 5yr old had sewn on the name tapes. I asked for a refund and was told that I would have to contact the manager "Tom". The guy at the counter gives me the phone # to "Tom" and it turns out to be a wrong number. I went back and he tells me to just try calling the shop and maybe Tom will be in the store to give me a refund... I dont think anyone in the right mind should ever give a place like this any business. -Ivan

I took in several shirts that I had washed with my sons clothes -- he had left an ink pen in a pocket. Needless to say that I thought my shirts were ruined. The gentleman at the counter told me that he couldnt guarantee that he could get the ink out but that he would try. I was so happy when I picked them up -- minus the stains. They looked like new! I will keep going back.

I dropped off 5 shirts, and was told they would be ready for Saturday afternoon pickup, with no specific time. I went in at 3:30 on Saturday to pick them up, and they were closed, doors locked, lights out. But the open sign was on. They are closed Sundays. So I will be spending my Sunday buying clothes to wear to work Monday. I will not be doing business with them again.

Best combination of quality, price and service for any dry cleaner in West Covina. My shirts and suits always come back crisp and clean. I recently took in a comforter that had remained stained after four other cleaners had tried to clean it. The One Dollar Team got it looking like new the first time!

Upon arriving I notice this place had a long line of clothes and many Law enforcement uniform. I figured they must be doing something right. Fast forward to the pick up of my items and I was extremely pleased at how my clothes looked. The pricing was really good too.

The owner doesnt like to honor his website specials. Its like pulling teeth every Tuesday. Print the webpage before you go. He should change the name to " no garments one dollar!"

They Gave me next day service for free! And took my coupon from another cleaners. I took 5 pairs of 7 jeans and my True Religions and they came out spectacular!

The people there are friendly, but doesnt make up for the major inconvenience that theyre often closed during hrs theyre supposed to be open.

Their business hours on Google Maps is not correct and they always have their Open sign on even when they are not open.
