Ok so I have been going here for a year and a half now, and have to say it is probably the best cleaners I have been to in newport. I am very particular about where and who I take my clothes too and after much trial and error am very satisfied with village cleaners and Vivians job here. In regards to the poor reviews, she in the new owner and took over about three years ago and is not the man that the two other people are complaining about, and he does sound horrible. But I can assure you that the new ownership is extremely nice, fair with price, and great with your clothes!

They are really rude. I called to ask for a price and a man answered. I wasnt even sure I called the right place because he didnt answer properly. He just answered the phone by saying hello. He didnt say it was Village Cleaners. After wards I was still nice and said thank you and he just hung up on me. I will not be going there. Very unprofessional.

So rude and unprofessional. He cursed at me even. Please go by word of mouth to find a dry cleaner. Its not worth having a stranger completely ruin your things. I wish I had looked at this review earlier. One bad review about customer service tells a lot about a company. Especially if people take the time out of there life to warn others!

Dropped my beloved leather jacket off here to be cleaned. It was ready within less than a week & came out perfectly. Even removed an ink stain that had been there for years and years.
