I was sent to this cleaners by a friend of mine but was a little weary after reading some of the previous reviews...but I decided to give this cleaners a try anyways. Completely surprised as to the service was completely different than the previous reviews. Great customer service and great job on my clothes. I brought in a dress with a stain that my previous dry cleaners in Burbank had said cant be removed and I had given up on removing it...I didnt even show them the stain...the stain was gone! Quick same day turn around and very satisfied customer...definitely will be back!!

My silk shirt was totally ruined by whatever process they applied. The owner said that these shirts lose all color when dry cleaned, which is exactly what happened to my shirt. Yet he swears that all they did was machine wash it as per label instructions. He said all he could do for me was try and get a refund from the store I bought it from, not even a refund for the botched job. Thanks for nothing.

This place is truly the best and puts other cleaners anywhere to shame. The people are nice and hardworking. Prices are good. I got my tuxedo and suits back with complementary handkerchiefs (the cheesy kind but it still counts). My french cuff shirts had nice clips on the cuffs. Lastly, same day service is awesome.

I love Magic Cleaners! The owner is very personable and the front staff retrieve my items before I even walk through the door. I have never had a problem with any of their cleaning processes, everything has always been on time or even early, their prices are competitive, and their personal touch means a lot. Bravo!
