Worst customer service. I only took my white sheets and towels here because our washer and dryer are too small at our apartment. When I picked up my towels and sheets, there were tears in our linens! When I mentioned it to the staff they said those tears must have been there before. I asked to speak with a manager because I have NEVER taken these linens anywhere else. The staff said the owner would be in touch with me right away. WEEKS went by and I never heard from her. When I called her, she said the tears looked like they had happened from too many washes. ABSURD. Ive had these sheets for less that two years. Needless to say, she didnt offer to replace anything, she only gave me a $20 credit towards my next wash. These are $90 sheets. I should have learned my lesson, but fool me twice... The next time I picked up my towels and sheets the same FRESH makeup I left on the white towels was still there. NOTHING looked clean. I wont be returning. Terrible customer service. Lots of homeless people hang around this location asking for money as well. Not the safest place for any young woman to frequent.

PROS: Very clean, well organized, and can always find a couple open machines CONS: Overpriced and some, not all, but some of the employees managing the place can be very rude. I realize they have to be strict, but Im not your problem, so dont belittle me or snap at me for standing near your folding station. I look young, but Im 30, and not doing anything but literally standing there. Two different attendants, two separate incidents, two times I wish I had the camcorder going. Come on, we all work long hours and sometimes just want to go home...Dont take your issues out on me. To the owners of The Laundry Room: The people representing your company should realize just that; they are the face of the company and the first line of communication to your customers. Choose wisely with that in mind.

Ive come to this place to for a year now... The Staff is super friendly and the place is always clean... hot days are bad to do laundry, but at the laudry room the industrial size AC central unit keeps you cool and happy. On saturdays you can watch indy car racing on ESPN (love it) Their machines are always clean and they work pretty good... I really like that the owner is there making sure everything works fine! A shout out to Natalie, and Rachel ... I dont know the owners name but she is very friendly too!!! Best Laundry Place in Pasadena

This coin laundry is great, they are kind and nice! Somehow the auto machine was broken so detergent didnt come out, the lady just opened the machine door and gave me detergent without charge and apologize for the broken machine. Another young lady just keep this store clean. Anyway, if u need coin laundry, just come here!!

My washer and dryer are out of commission so until they are back in place..doing the fluff n fold drop off. This place is awesome and I can usually get my laundry about 4to6 hours after droppping off. They use great soap and fold it professionally....I could get used to this! Great price and service to boot!

Better than average, the attendant provides services like folding and fluffing; they will also keep feeding your dryer with quarters until your laundry is dry so you dont have to sit around for it yourself.

Very accommodating staff. Also very friendly. They have very good machines here that are not too expensive. Overall, its a very good place to come do your laundry. Almost like a hang-out.

Clean, easy, great. I use the drop off service. I leave my laundry in the morning on the way to work, and by the afternoon its ready, clean, dry, folded, organized!

This place is great! Clean, cost is reasonable and Uber ride here was perfect. Great view of the mountains and a donut shop a couple of doors down.
