Unfortunately Massage Envy Petaluma has gone down in service since when we first signed up a few years ago. Originally they were just great, had good massage therapists and were very responsive when calling it, etc. Something happened about 6-8 months ago however and the massage folks began leaving the outlet in droves. Hard to find a good one now and hard also just to get a hold of the office to make an appt. I have been calling for weeks now and it either goes straight to voice mail or I get the mailbox is full message. If I do manage to leave a message never do I get a call back. Such a big, big difference from only a year ago. I do hope that ME petaluma gets there act together or we will be moving elsewhere.

They never have appointments when I need one. When I first joined I could call any time and get an appintment that same day. Cant do that any more. I am a last minute person and need one today and never can get an appointment on the day I need one. Would like to cancel my membership. They tell me I have to come into the shop to cancel. Why cannt I do it over the internet and get a refund, of two months. I am stopping them drawing it from my account.

Went into the Petaluma location. I received a facial by Deborah and it was absolutely wonderful. Honestly the best Facial I have ever gotten and she really targeted my problem areas. She took time to look at the ingredients cause Im allergic to aloe so she made sure i wouldnt have a reaction and took the extra time to explain exactly what my skin needs .I really really enjoyed my experience. I love Deb!

massage envy is amazing sorry about your coupon not working but alot of coupons are sometimes not good at places not the companies fault , also im a member and the intro rate is 49 for a hour and they treat you like gold!
