I left crying and I rarely get mad at poor customer service but this was just too much for me. If you need anything by a certain date do not use them because the worker there told me that they are not good about being on time and that they have no control of a date when they are going to get it. they dont seem to feel accountable for anything that they do, he said that they are just the place that you pick it up and drop it off. they dont have any control over what happens to your clothes once the dry cleaner picks it up. So if you care about your clothes this is not the place to go. I just hope that I actually get my dress back by the wedding and Ill forget about it but im not going to go back unless they show alittle bit of regret for there mistakes.

I have been using Park Avenue Cleaners for years. The price is nearly 75% off what you are charged at the average cleaners. I go there and at times I am met by an Asian woman whose English is not to good. She is not smiling, but I had her laughing by the time I left. Service was swift. From time to time, I have to remind them (Park Avenue Cleaners) to clean the ring from around my collar shirts. There is also friendly staff that work there. I go there, not for the customer service, not for the scheduled hours, not for the timeliness, but because they are dirt cheap and I get bang for the buck. I will continue to bring my high volume of clothing to Park Avenue Cleaners. A place that I have been using for nearly 15 years.

Really rude lady here. Their window sign reads $1.95 most garments which is utter rubbish. Of my six assorted items, nothing was $1.95. I politely enquired why my 28x 32 piece of wool was three times more than my wool sweater, she ignored me completely and stand offishly said, "Im very busy." There was NO ONE else in the shop. I took my stuff back and told her that I was not going to pay some one for a service if they are rude and she stuck her nose in the air, looked down at me and pulled a smirky face and sarcastically said, in a sing songy voice, "ok thank you". She does not deserve even 1 star.

Not only are the hours wrong which wastes peoples time driving over here but when I spoke to this woman she said she could help me and when I got there she was rude and said she could not.
