I googled same day cleaners seattle and this was the closest to my neighborhood. I dropped my clothes off Friday AM, was told to pick up after 1pm the next day (not really same day, but I was leaving on Sunday for a trip). I called Saturday evening to see if I could pick them up - they did not clean my clothes! (Ohhh, so sorry about that - neat - sorry did not clean my clothes.) I had already paid 16 dollars to get it done. Now I am packing dirty clothes and hoping the hotel I am staying at will clean them for less than 50 dollars. =(

Not really one-hour cleaners. When I asked (at 1:30) when they would be ready, they said not today, since it was almost 5:00. The giant neon sign, the sweet lady said, was 50 years old and could not be changed. Nor, I suppose, could the recently printed sign displayed in front of their store window. Theyre really more of a 12 to 168 hour cleaners. Avoid at all costs.

Weve been coming here for five years, and have been consistently happy with the quality of service, both with the dry cleaning and alterations. We tried several other places when we first moved to Seattle, and none came close in terms of quality. The family that owns this place is very friendly and hard working, and were thrilled that we found them.

Not a "same day cleaners" but the owners are sweet and wonderful. If youre not the type to run in to a place of business and yell about why you cant have your [apparently only] shirt cleaned and pressed so you can "go close a big important deal" then this place is for you. Actually happened, guy was a dick.

WARNING: WILL LIE ON PRICE QUOTE! I called on phone Ultra to determine price to clean my bedspread. I was told it would cost $25. I brought it in. Returning, after cleaning, I was told the bill was actually $40! BEWARE ULTRA CLEANERS WILL LIE ON COST QUOTE TO GET YOUR BUSINESS!

They repaired a tear in a jacket for me. It looks great. I just had a duvet repaired at another dry cleaner to save money and it looks awful. I should have stuck with what I knew worked. I wont make that mistake again.
