Lake place dry cleaners is horrible!! They completely ruined my 500.00 jacket, and refused to fix at hand. Ive been a member of the community for years and never have i been treated so poorly. The lady is EXTREMELY RUDE and ill mannered. Please think twice before bringing your clothes here, i am also reporting Lake Place Cleaners to the BBB. ive never felt the need to let others know about a company online but this dry cleaners was beyond rude. locations close by that im now using are wonderful!! -- Tik tok cleaners and Lake Oswego Cleaners have been WONDERFUL and always do a great job!

I cant believe that a cleaners would put my name with a sharpie ON all my shirts Now I have 150Usd shirts ruined and the only response I get is that this is the way they run the business Do not recommend to bring any clothes here

Charged me $69 for a minor, very simple alteration that looked like a 10 year old did it and completely ruined the piece. They agreed to a refund, then, instead of crediting my visa, charged me again.
