Been a member since they opened. Since then the quality has gone down. There are several machines that have tvs that are missing because they are being repaired. Or the ones they do have have horrible reception AND you only have about 5 channels that you can choose from. When asked about them was told "really, i had no idea that the tvs were missing." SERIOUSLY!? theyve been missing for at least 6 months to a year.

The general manager promised to return my call and address membership problems within two days. More than a week later, nothing. This, after spending thousands of dollars on personal training and spa services, on top of regular gym dues. Horrible.

This is the best gym ever! I love the trainers and the facilities in the spa are like a luxury hotel! Who knew all this existed in little old Placentia!
