Kids are working at this location so they are not very friendly or polite as well as fitness knowledgeable. You ask them to sign up for the massage chairs or hydro bed and its like youre asking them for a ride home in their car, thats the attitude you get. I caught one female employee looking at me and laughing (guess I wasnt up to her expectations on visual). They have a huge bucket of stupid candy in the front counter, what does that tell you? I can honestly say there is ONLY one female employee that is super polite, on point and is a hard worker (I see her hustling all around the gym) wish I knew her name, shes young, thin, latina with highlighted shoulder hair thats usually curled. This young lady is the same one that stayed hours in front of the store waiting for the dog shelter to show up and pick up a poor dog she had found. I guess the old saying is true, you get what you pay for. What this location needs is a mature, adult manager to get there and crack the whip, get EVERYONE trained and on point with great customer service.

I recently like many other wanted to join a gym for myself and my son. i seen the in the pomona area was a new planet fitness opening. i joined thinking that i had seen lots of good things on there website, but when i went for my first work out it was horrible. the gym is small, not many machines, i had to wait in line to use a machine. there is no one there with actual experience on fitness. i asked a question on cardio/and weight lifting and there response was i would have to google that ill get back to you before you work out is done. WOW. there was pizza on the floor, on machines. these place was ordering pizza after pizza and having them delivered to there front desk. it was like watching cattle grazing. lucky me that my membership has no commitment i can cancel any time, which i will do after this review. stay away people this place does not care about fitness or you.

So far my experience here as been nothing but immaculate, the staff is friendly, and they help you when you ask them question, Kevin the personal trainer is awesome. If you are confused about what to do or need advice on what you can do to help you with specific body groups he is the man to see. Overall I am very pleased with my service here. Although it does get packed between 4-8pm because of a lot of students are there do not believe the bias reviews from other people you can still use machines not every machine is being used and after 10pm theyre less people skyou get the whole place without having to wait for any machines pretty awesome. I will note I have been here every single day since it has been opened on weekends 70% of the machines are free. My point being is that some people exaggerate what they review. Not cool at all mate.

I enjoy going. Price Is good, but maybe a small discount if youre paying for several people. Im Paying for me, my daughter, son and my niece and nephew. The only complaint I can say I have is when Im working in the 30 minute area in the back, there are a lot of people who go back there to use the machines who are NOT following the 30 minute circuit. When I kindly ask them to move because I am using the 30 minute circuit, they get irritated. There should be more supervision back there. Other than that, my family is enjoying our time there. We have been going for about 1 month and a half.

Ive been to plenty of gyms. Regarding cleanliness, staff, machine quality, local gym-goers, this place ranks among the best. I currently have a membership to another fairly local gym, as well as availability to go to my colleges recreational center, however i find myself going back to Planet Fitness because it always has good vibes. Highly recommend. If you dont mind smith machines, you cant go wrong with 10 a month membership. Everyone there is always working hard and makes you work even harder.

I attempted to sign up right now, and none of the sales representatives were NOT present at the hours designated. The contractors who said they were not affiliated with the gym were rude to me, and the one of the young contractors was incredibly disrespectful. Another one said, "Well you can sign up online." I acknowledge that, but that isnt the point. If the owners of this gym want customers, then they need to be respectful to potential customers.

Before Planet Fitness, I used to go to 24 Hour Fitness. I can honestly say Planet Fitness is 5 times better than 24 Hour Fitness. Planet Fitness is way more affordable and just has a more welcoming feeling. They have so many machines and everything is always clean, and its not just this location, Ive been to another location closer to work and the experience is the same. I love this gym! I have been recommending this gym to everyone!

Postitives: HOT showers 99% of the time, free pens and tootsie rolls, very friendly staff 99% of the time, clean facility always, parking 90% of the time..... Negatives; over crowded 70% of the time, your asked to vandalise your car with a sticker for parking, and it seems this place is closed alot and like alot closes at 7 not 9pm and closed holidays time to change home gyms

Weve been needing a good gym in town since Safari left Pomona. Planet Fitness has everything a person needs: cardio machines, weights, stretch matts, massage bed & chairs, tanning booth, clean restrooms & equipment, friendly staff, and a closed off 30-minute workout area. All for the VIP price of $19.99 a month. Theres a $10 option too, but doesnt include cool stuff.

I really like this place. $10 a month isnt bad, but the reason I wont get the black card $19.99, is because this gym doesnt have a pool. Where I can go to LA Fit and pay $24 and have pool access. Overall everyone here is really nice and the gym is extremely clean! Yes, it is small but it gets the job done! Thanks PF for being near my neighborhood!

Great chain of gyms around the nation. Clean and affordable. The employees are helpful with a professional and kind attitude. I revommend it to everyone. Plus the hydromassage are my favorite. The only thing they need to have is a spa. Maybe a pool too. Or zumba classes/ spinning. But thats my opinion. I enjoy working out!

They have a great amount of treadmills, which is a plus. However, it isnt open 24 on the weekends and on top of that they close way too early. They should at least extend the weekend operation hours during the summertime. Because of this its only four stars while the ones in Ontario and Alhambra are a definite 5 stars.

The times Ive been here is been a good experience overall, I guess the only thing for me will be the space as it is a small gym and not enough equipment; it can get really crowded specially afternoons after work usually 5ish, but if you have the chance to go early morning then no problem.

This is EASlLY the freshest, cleanest, friendliest PF Ive seen out of the 5 that I can remember. Well maintained equipment, REALLY nice locker rooms, plenty of cleaning stations. Even if theres another PF a little closer to you, its worth driving an extra few miles to come to this one.
