This gym us always busy no matter what time of day! I can get there at 8 am or 3pm on a week day and the place is just packed 24/7. This gym is so close to my house that I still go but not until close to 11pm when I know there will be plenty of cardio machines available. My boyfriend and I are so upset they closed down the Valleyview location he loved that gym and the older equipment. He was so upset he cancelled his pass altogether which I have also thought about as well. The employees at this gym are not friendly at all all they do is sit there (shouldnt they be standing?..) and they dont even great the guests. I remember one employee eating a bag of chips while on the floor. I cant stand this location but I refuse to drive all the way to Anaheim hills when I live literally 2 minutes away.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! My Costco card had just expired and the refused to let me work out one time. They charged me $25 to work out for 1 day! I had informed them that I had just had a baby and I just got the green light to work out again and it was my first day back. I also told them that my husband just returned from Iraq last week and I was going to buy us both passes after I leave today. Im not sure if I want to return to 24 hour service. I have been a loyal customer for a minimum of 10 years. ZERO RESPECT.

Good experience at this gym - clean pool area, not too crowded, and everything was functioning. Dope use of the second level, having some isolated machines for peeps not afraid of stairs that actually go somewhere. Also really liked the area off to the side with all the core stuff! Only complaint is the staff - I dunno if management hangs them by their thumbs overnight or anything but they clearly did NOT want to be there. Really unfriendly and unaccommodating. Still I will definitely come back next time Im in town.

wrost experience ever!!! the sales is horrible! they try to sale the membership to you without explain the anual fee! i told the sales im only gonna stay In us for two month! but he sigh me up for one year contract! so beware ! they just trying to sale the membership to you! read the contract record the whole thing! the manager and her assist manager attitude are horrible aswell ! allthey do is askyou to read the contract! i will never sigh contract with 24！

The cleanliness of the pool area is getting tacky...then, earlier this week, I witnessed a man use the drinking fountain by the poolside shower as a urinal....totally gross. Dont use that fountain!! I did see a custodian enter the area and I told her what happened and she went over and cleaned it up. She was discussed also. BRING YOUR OWN WATER!! I GAG WHEN I SEE PEOPLE USE THAT FOUNTAIN. If he does it once, more may do it too!

I came in with a 3 day guest pass. Brought my ID and followed the usual procedure. However, the manager wouldnt allow me to use the facility because I was not a Yorba Linda resident full time as I travel a lot for work, even though my ID has a Yorba Linda address. Isnt the whole point of having a 24 hour membership so that you can go to the gym wherever you are? So diaappointed...and now I will never become your client.

This is the best gym around. Ive tried every single gym around this area ( other 24s, la fitness, golds gym, crunch etc) and this one is the best one. Its really clean and has really nice setting of equipments. Even though recently it has gotten crowded, you can still get a good work out there. Personal trainers are really nice too. For example, Nick always answers my questions and helps me out on new workouts.

Never leave your my kids in this facilities anymore unprofessional they will not really care and have no idea how to manage it. they have no idea how they deal with kids they hired not qualified people to do multiplayer job in the same time not professional day care person.anything goes wrong will claim on the child they have no idea how they deal with children.Dont let your children stay on this business.

I upgraded my membership over a year ago to enjoy this upgraded facility but unfortunately, as of the first of the 2016, the level of facilities and services have gone down 100 percent. From the machines, to classes to locker rooms, its overwhelmingly crowded and un enjoyable. In addition to paying for my upgrade, if I want to reserve a spot in a cycle class, I have to pay $1 each reservation. Rediculous!

While I really enjoy this particular location, the reason it doesnt get a 5 star is simple--and its really sort of not their fault. But good grief the lack of gym etiquette by people is astounding. Between throwing towels on the floors and leaving weights strewed all over and sitting around and TALKING instead of working out, it drives me nuts.

Been going this gym twice a day for about a week now and it is fantastic! Sure it gets busy, but there are plenty of machines or free weights to do what you need to get done. For the price this place was much more than I expected, the staff is very friendly as well.

Clean facility and very helpful staff. Kevin was an excellent sales advisor. He was very patient in answering all my questions. If youre looking to sign-up, he is your guy! One thing to note, during peak hours it is very busy, plan accordingly.

Clean. Gym equipment is usually organized. The machines are in working order. I like working out here. Parking is limited due to construction outside, but Ive never had trouble finding a spot.

Nice gym but the place slacking. They cut back on the kids club hours substantially and it is always super hot since they have high ceilings and the fans are always on the lowest setting.

Helpful staff super clean and great classes especially body pump and spin. Machines are rarely down. Personal trainers are always available for questions especially Candace.

For being a relatively new gym, the equipment isnt in the greatest shape. The classes are fun, but tend to fill up so go early. The staff is friendly.
