This gym is a pool hall. Yes. Your goals wont be reached without judgement here. Unless you actually wanna socialize, judge and stare like perverts. My visit consisted of open conversations of employees discussing policy and personnel situation with customers in front of other guest. Ethics in California suggest taking a client privately to a desk like any other business and not disturb, on going operations. Diamond bar must have a bad leaning curve. Anyways, the restroom where OK, with a slight stench, parking is horrible considering all the businesses there. THE WATER IS HORRIBLE! That is a problem, and broken machines do not invite me back. Diamond bar crunch left the diamond out of this business.

This place is cheap and clean! They sell their membership for $10/month and could waive initiation fee. This is probably one of the cheapest gym Ive ever been to (in a good way)! For the quality and cleanliness of the equipment, this place is definitely worth buying a membership for. The only downside is not having a indoor basketball court. I love basketball, but I have nothing to complain about since the price is only $10/month instead of $30/month at LA fitness. I go to LA fitness because of the indoor basketball court, but if I was not into basketball and just working out, then 100% I would go with crunch. Also you won t be to go to other crunch. The membership only works for one crunch

Ive been a member for a couple of months now. I got the package that includes a guest for free. Today I came in with a guest but was turned away because my guest didnt have her ID. She had a picture on her phone but they wouldnt accept it. When I asked the manager why a physical ID was necessary I was told it was needed to "verify ID", which makes no sense since she had a picture of her ID. We were forced to leave.... horrible customer experience! Ill probably cancel my membership and go to another gym.

Was a good place at first until they start charging you left to right. Ya they sweet talk you into good prices can cancel any time before payment is due and when tried cancelling i cant because of annual contract. I was not told of any contract. Now i am stuck with that and $300 dollars for trainer for 6 months $300 a month worst experience ever for being my first ever enrollment at a gym.

I dont mind music at the gym but when its so loud that I cant speak to the front desk without yelling or even hear my own music with headphones on full blast, then its a little ridiculous. Management clearly thinks everyone in the gym wants to hear the music they play and has absolutely no regard for people who want to work out and listen to their own music . Get a clue crunch!

Gym is very clean, however the staff is not always friendly. Since managers are normally not in when the club opens up on the weekend, certain employees just cannot say "hello welcome to Crunch" they are too busy on their cell phones. It would be very nice to walk in to the club and have the employees greet the members - doesnt take much to do that!!

Great gym and great people. Small so that staff get to know you. Makes you feel good. Very clean and the other people working out add nice and courteous too. They also have great classes. The yoga is awesome!!

I hate the staff in the Diamond bar one. Very strict with id even if the person is almost 30. Facilities are ok, though lacking some of the workout machine and there is no TRX stip in the gym.

This gym has a great assortment of free weights, resistance machines, and cardio machines and the only set back is that they could possibly turn on air conditioning to make it more comfortable

Great small gym. Not too crowed. Friday is definitely the best time to go because t he res no one there. Very cheap. Cute Asian boys, Mt Sac students .
