Its a nice place to go if youre able to be extremely creative with your workout sessions... There are a TON of treadmills, stationary bicycles, and machines... however there are not enough free weights by FAR. Every time I go in I have to scrounge a bench and free weights. There are a ton of people that visit this gym to use free weights specifically, so I think it would benefit PFs clientele greatly to decrease the # of treadmills and increase the amount of square footage dedicated to free weights. I usually have to wait 5-10 minutes to catch a bench and start my sessions. There are very rarely any people in a section of the gym thats dedicated to a pre-designed 30-minute cycle. Do not go to this gym if youre experienced or know what youre doing. Itll just be frustrating. The gym is perfect for me just based on how close I live to it. Would never have signed up if that wasnt the case. Great gym for casual gym goers!

First phone call to inquire about gym was not informative, helpful or even professional. Was NOT impressed and wont be choosing this Planet Fitness. Called to ask VERY basic questions and no one could answer questions about joining. Deciding between choosing 1 gym membership at 1 location or the black membership for all locations. I figured, maybe she is new and we will need to go down and check things out. I asked about trying the gym and she said there is a $20 fee for 24 hour membership and if you choose to join, it will go towards your membership fees. THAT may be management, but how can I choose your gym if I cant try it out first - especially with the new concept you are trying to promote with the Planet Fitness atmosphere?!?! Your location is much closer than any other, but we wont be setting up our membership here.

I had a membership here for almost a year untill they charged me $25 for a late payment fee, unbelievable because I had automatic payments and they never had an issue before, I came over to the club demanding my money back and Rubí said she couldnt do anything so I cancelled my membership, days passed and I got another charged another $10. What the hell, I came over to the club and Rubí said she could only return the late fee charge, how come 10 days ago she couldnt do that. Waited to talk to an area manager for ever and nothing was solved. Spend a couple dollars more and get a real gym membership with real, professional and smart customer service.

It is a nice gym. Values of privacy is honored, they have a locked changed room, curtained shower room and no nakedness!!! Awesome! Only problem is weight area is always crowded. They keep it clean and the patrons are also good, I never see anyone loitering. I do not give 5 stars because there is barely a space to walk from front desk area to the change room, full of equipment and people are exercising and you have to watch very carefully when you walk out/in.

If you like to lift weights and get into shape this isnt the place. There are hardly any weights and never enough to go around. Infact they dont believe in transformation or getting fit! If you like to lift heavy they will give you a hard time. There isnt even a bench press! Not to mention the staff lets thier friends have first dibs on all machines. I also dont like that you cant get any service for your account over the phone or other locations or email!!!

I never had such rud service in my life! I enjoy going to the gym but today was different from the other day Ive gone. The front desk was been rud telling me they dont have child care, when I just wanted to work out with my brother. I know there no child care I always gone to the gym? The girl was give a lot of attitude.which never really happen when I go Not to sure who would hire such rud people.

limited amount of equipment and limited amount of use on their "unlimited" for the Black Card. I also canceled my membership just to find out that they charged me for the monthly bill as well as the yearly bill when i quit prior to both of those. Planet Fitness is not worth your money and i advice you to go somewhere where theyll treat you with respect as well. Worst customer service ever.

Definitely recommend. Nice and clean location. People work out hard here (vs some PFs where people seem kind of lazy sitting around). Definitely recommend. They have 12 minute abs area which is nice. Starbucks across the street is convenient too.

Many monitors on machines are broken so dont expect to watch anything. If they do work, they display a lot of video snow. It can get too busy during the week. Pros: Plenty of machines for weekend use. Close to home. Cheap.

On Sunday 1-24-16, Club suppose to be open at 7a.m. However club didnt open until after 8a.m. At least 40 customers waited in the cold.. This is unacceptable !

I traveled 7miles and got to planet fitness at 930 and they closed at 10. This website showed PF is open 24 hrs. I was very disappointed!
