PLEASE dont use the blow dryers to dry anything other than your hands!!! I use to frequent this 24 Hour Fitness when I lived in Diamond Bar. Now that I moved away I only come to meet up with my gym buddy for my weekly workout session. The place has grown more popular and I always find myself waiting for machines now. There also seems to be a growing number of inconsiderate people at this gym. I often find machines soaked in sweat and whats worse is seeing the unsanitary locker rooms! Every time I wash my hands, I find someone taking up the blow dryers to dry their hair. I also found out that the mens locker room is worse. Its been reported that guys use the blow dryers to dry their genitals. Now thats just plain gross and unsanitary! Also, whats up with the pervy old dudes in the Jacuzzi? After my workouts I used to shower and come into the Jacuzzi to relax. But after witnessing several old dudes hitting up young ladies in the Jacuzzi and getting hit on myself, I stopped using it. I also stopped going into the steam room and sauna (basically anything if I have to be seen in a swimsuit I will avoid). Ive tried taking a couple fitness classes here but it always seems to get packed quickly. They started giving out tickets for classes to insure a spot in class. You also have to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to wait in line for class. The process seemed more like a hassle than anything so I stopped trying to take classes. The major PRO about this 24 is that theres a Chick-fil-a right next door! I always look forward in grabbing a bite to eat before or after my workouts. It kind of defeats the purpose of working out but you only work out to eat anyway right? :)

Bathrooms are filthy and wet. Seen too many elderly Asian ladies drying their crotches with the hand dryer, clipping toenails in the locker room, and even dyeing hair at the sinks. Then the jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room will be filled with loud elderly Asians talking loudly while laying on the benches, taking up room where 4 people could have sat. I dont even bother with the pool. No one follows the rules where slow people in one lane and faster people in deeper lanes. Lastly, the steam room always smells like menthol, Tiger Balm or urine and does not get very hot. Moving on to the cardio machines, sometimes they run out of paper towels and sanitizer to wipe down machines since no one seems to clean up after themselves. I see people taking off their shoes and walking barefoot on the treadmills. The air conditioning unit in the ceiling leaks water so it dripped on me when I was using an elliptical. Customer service here is terrible. It seems like everyone is an "Assistant Manager" every 2 months but once you have a complaint or want to cancel membership, they say they are not authorized to do anything and Ill have to speak to the "real manager". Unfortunately, I bought the Costco plan at a good price so I have a few months left stuck with this gym. Im considering pay extra for other places that enforces sanitary policies with better customer service.

Pros: Very clean facility. Spacious. Greeted at the door. CONS: DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT RESERVE FOR A ZUMBA CLASS! The emloyee who signs in the people for the class will STRAIGHT UP GIVE YOUR RESERVATION AWAY IF YOURE NOT THERE EARLY. Well, whats the point of the Reservation? My sister came in and RESERVED two spots for $2 and got told that automatically that were in the class when the class start. Then when we arrived there; exactly when the class started, we got told that she gave our spots away to someone else because we didnt come early enough when our names were being called. My sister DID COME EARLY TO RESERVE. IN FACT AT 4 pm for an 8:30 class! Thats how popular Zumba is. So can you imagine all the free money this 24 HR is getting out of people? THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. So basically, the right hand, dont know what the left hand is talking about. Its very irritating. Especially if were driving quite a distance. So this 24 HR Fitness DEFINITELY needs to GET IT TOGETHER WITH THE RESERVATION RULES. IT MAKES NO SENSE!! Maybe there needs to be meetings about this with the employees. I know Im not the only one complaining. Lastly, there needs to be a BIGGER PARKING LOT.

I loved the fact that it was close to My job and I would workout prior to going to work and sometimes afterwards. I also met some pretty cool people. What I hate about it is the upgrade to a Super Sport, and also that upgrade without the standard amenities of a regular Super Sport - are you kidding me? The bathroom and showers stayed in state of disrepair; nothing was ever fixed - showers, sinks (motion detector faucets), air dryers, etc. However, the straw that broke the camels back, the very reason why I left was that my membership expired at 12 Midnight one night and I arrived at the gym at 4:00 the next morning. This piss ant customer service representative would not even give me a one day courtesy pass. At the time I had just finished a two-year membership, but never received a courtesy "time for membership renewal notice." I now attend the free gym membership at the local college were I teach, but I do miss the sauna and the flexibility to go to the gym whenever I got the urge. I refuse to trade my money where I am disrespected and not appreciated.

Go to this gym occasionally because it is down the street from Cal Poly. This gym literally STINKS and is always cold. I still dont understand how you could have a gym that clearly has air circulating, but it still smells like a heap of dirty laundry. The variety of machines on the floor is terrible, they have four rows of machines that work the same parts of the body, just by different manufacturers. And dont even think about going near the leg press because it smells like vomit, the first time I thought it was a person that smelled and then I later realized that it wasnt. The heater in the sauna is clearly overworking because it smells like a combination of burning metal and vomit. And the steam room smells like urine. The one pro is that they have roomy showers and good showerheads, that is, if you can find one that isnt backed up.

By far one of the worst locations in the franchise. 24 hour fitness has been taking a nose dive and this gym is no exception. Its filthy and constantly overcrowded from a variety of inconsiderate and clueless individuals. The staff is garbage and is unable to enforce gym policy nor maintain the sanitation code. I have no idea how this location is still open. Machines are old or broken and need to be replaced. The entire facility needs to be gutted and have a facelift. Hopefully, corporate brings in new management and invests into this location before it goes belly up. P.S. avoid the lockeroom some of the elders mistake it for a bath house and decide to use the blowdryers to dry themselves and their "personal" belongings.

Generally the people who go here are slobs and dont place equipment back into the right places, but above all the staff is lazy in maintaining the place even tho there are always more workers at this location than other 24 hr fitness I have been to. In additions the upstairs "running area has no ESPN on but has 3 screens for "24 hr advertisement" and when asked to change a channel they say they dont know how and they "cant". By far the worst 24 hr fitness I have ever been to (rowland and Chino are smaller but less cramped) even ghetto riverside had a better 24
