I love this gym! Like many other older, gym-going newbies, I was very intimidated about joining a gym. Thoughts such as "what if I cant do it?" or "will I pass out?" floated in my brain. But the fantastic trainers at Access Change alleviated those fears. The trainers are very accommodating to your fitness ability and to any sort of physical ailments you might have (unfortunately as we get older, more body parts start aching for unknown reasons.) My daughter and I have been going to classes together and we both get great workouts, even though we are at much different fitness levels. The trainers are great at modifying the exercises for each of us. So the trainers are the main reason I love this gym; theyre so friendly and knowledgeable. But the flexibility of the class schedule comes a close second. The classes run for 30 minutes each, on the half hour, alternating between 30 minute strengthening and 30 minute conditioning. So you can go for 30 minutes, or 60 minutes, or 240 minutes, depending on your schedule. I love that if I cant make a 6:00 am class (which truthfully I have never made it to) I can make the 8:00 am class. I know I have become stronger and much more conditioned because of this fantastic gym. It is hard to get motivated to workout, because theres always something else that has to be done, but Access Change, with its great trainers and flexible classes makes it so much easier to get and stay motivated. Give it a try. Youll love it!

Access Change will forever be my favorite gym. After I quit softball I just thought it was okay to eat whatever I wanted like I used to and not work out. After not weighing myself for a year that initial number was a huge wake up call. Thats when I decided to start training at Access Change, with Jena, over the course of the year Jena became more than a trainer but like the older sister I never had. Although she has moved to Texas to live with her fiancé, the other trainers here are equally family. Steve, Katie, Christian, and Vanesa are just amazing and make you feel welcome as soon as you take one step into that door. Access Change has a little bit for everyone, so there is no reason to go over there and get started on your journey today. As for me I am highly competitive and have a hard time sometimes motive myself to work out. So the group training classes offered here are perfect for me to have competition, and still have fun with friends while working out. Thanks Access Change for always challenging me to be my best:)

I have had a gym membership in one capacity or another for well over 20 years and in visiting with those gyms, Ive had my fair share of experiences with the so-called "professional trainers" that are employed there. In all of of my years I have never met any as educated, inspirational, and motivating as Steve and the staff at Access Change. I admit that I had allowed myself to get into the worst shape of my life before reaching out to them. Although I have always been athletic, I had done no form of physical activity in well over 2 years following a sports injury. From day 1, they saw something in me that I was unaware existed and found ways to push me beyond my limits without ever making me feel uncomfortable. Their facility is extremely clean & organized & I never feel like Im at some type of meat market or fashion show like I do at other gyms. If youre tired of feeling lethargic and uncomfortable, give Access Change a call. You wont be disappointed.

I love Access Change Fitness and cannot recommend it enough! Im a college student who attended Access Change for the month I was home from school. I was already a very active person before starting at the gym, but by the end of the month of training I felt stronger than I have ever felt before. The trainers are so encouraging and positive and yet they always pushed me to work harder and give more. Additionally, they are so knowledgeable about nutrition and proper injury prevention/treatment, which has been great for my constant running injuries. The trainers always challenged me with the workouts (which is something I would not do on my own) and it has paid off big time. In the span of one month Ive become noticeably stronger and faster. The mix between the half hour of strength training and the half hour of Speed/Conditioning really kept me on my toes and always offered a total body workout. Great people, great gym!

Where do I begin? The facility and equipment are top notch. The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. My trainer totally listened to my goals and works with me to help me reach my goals. The group sessions are fun and effective. I cannot say enough good things about Access Change. I highly recommend it for people taking the first step in working out and for seasoned gym rats. It is great!

Went in just to check the monthly price of 5 days a week group training, they refused to tell me prices and insisted i sign up for a free session on saturday. Sub par intelligence when it comes to personal communication. Basically a bunch of gym nuts got together for a P.T. scam job
