I have been a member for about five weeks. I really like this gym. It is clean, huge, has at least two t three of the same machines, so I never have to wait (which has always been my experience at other gyms and it is annoying), no time limits on machines, and best of all, parking is not an issue. I personally think the customer service is pretty good, I always get a greeting when I come in, if a large amount of people come in at once, they check you in extremely fast, and they always say good bye when you leave, and there are tootsie rolls to take on your way out. I love this place, I only wish they had more locations in Newport Costa Mesa / OC AREA

for the most part, this gym is clean and nice. its always packed though, its not their fault but you have to wait for someone to finish with the machines. The only complaint I have is the fact that theres a rule about phone use and the staff does nothing to reinforce it. Ill be standing near a machine waiting for a dude to finish updating his status, snapchatting, or taking pictures of himself so I can start using it. One other thing is that they hardly ever have paper towels available to wipe down the machines. Every time I go I have to notify the staff about it. I should just bring my own paper towels..

First off the gym is nice place to work out but customer service is just plain horrible. They never greet theyre customers, all they do is stand there and gossip. They dont know what they are doing in regards to transferring my membership to this location. They barely notified me that I have an outstanding balance of 180 and Ive been working out in that gym for three months even though my membership has been paid in full. So I had to go back to my old gym just to clear up this issue. Its obvious that the employees of Santa Ana should be replaced for people who actually know how to run a gym.

If I could rate this no stars I would. I have had many bad customer service experiences and only keep coming due to the location being right off the 22 freeway. The manager is always giving attitude to customers and employees, and some employees just stand behind the counter doing nothing while you stand there waiting. Monday-Thursday prepare to wait at least 30 minutes to use 99% of the machines. No pools/sauna/ not even a WEIGH SCALE. Now I know why membership is only 10 bucks, what a joke. Needs to clean house in staff ASAP

Muy limpio, y agradable ambiente para hacer ejercicio, lo único que les recomiendo que si van a cancelar su membresia esten seguros que lo ahiga hecho el manager o supervisores de otra manera te seguirán cobrando las mensualidades. Suerte! :)

Great fitness gym. Has a wide variety of aerobic and weight training equipment. There are circuit training rooms that walk a beginner through a workout routine without having to ask someone. Then there are machines dedicated for more advanced users who know what kind of training they want to accomplish. The big message that comes across is, "No Judgement". Like the band Nirvana angstly screamed it, "Come as you are ...." Well done Planet Fitness! Job well done!

I also dont care about customer service im there to do my thing which is work out and get fit I like the fact that it offers many opportunities for instance the blackcard in which I can take anyone I want to work out and its very economic and a personal trainer with no extra charge which is great thank u planet fitness for everything u offer

I didnt even go there I called to see if there was a 2 day pass to try out the gym because I was REALLY interested and heard a lot about it , but when I call the sant Ana location to talk to someone , I talked to the most unprofessional unconvincing human being I have ever spoken to in my entire life . Not switching just because of him .

Ive been a member for 4 years and never had a compliant until today. Honestly this location has the potential to be a great gym, just hire a competent trainer. She doesnt know what shes doing in regards to training members. Shes only concerned about flirting and meeting up after work.

The person who opens on Sundays MUST get fired. Today is July 17th 2016 7:23am and no one is here to open this Sh..... 7:35am Sad to see all these disappointed customers going back HOME on a Sunday like this. 7:57am, I am done waiting, THERE GOES MY SUNDAY.

Ive been working out here for about 3.5 months and dont have any complaints so far. Cleaner than the other brand I was using before. Always good parking too. Staff has been helpful when I needed it, and Adam helped me get started when I first came.

Good luck using Amy dumbbells as people hog several sets at their bench and never put them back. Im still giving six stars because the staff is so awesome and nice. Really clean place and lots of machines. But still the dumbbell thing gets old.

Called in advance about looking to cancel before being billed. They told me I still had time before being charged again. What a surprise when I see Im charged, never going there again. The alarm is annoying as well when trying to workout.

Being it is the only gym in the area and only charges $10 per month I am satisfied. I do not like the additional fees I have to pay for the $10 per month membership. 8 out of 10 recommend.

Just signed up.....and am loving it...especially being able to bring a guest in as many times as I want...and 20 bux is still cheaper....i know I am seeing results...

I really like the gym but some of the staff do not seem very friendly at all. I was a little disappointed. I highly recommend some customer service training.
