Reading reviews and responses about not opening until September. How does that affect our memberships? I paid 6 months straight up front, does my time start in September? I have no interest in going out of my way to another location, hence why I bought a membership to a gym right down the street. I would very much like avoid the hassle of yelling at your customer service people when my "6 months" is up in December even though I only used 4 months of that time due to the gym not being open. Im not upset its taking so long, Im upset at how pushy and "salesy" your employees were about opening soon and "getting that early discount before we open" yet here we are. EDIT: I received a quick response and answer all my questions. Makes me feel bad to have even thought negatively about this place but thats what bad past experience will do to a person. 5 stars!

Cant wait to see the gym when its fully open! Its the largest Fitness 19 branch Ive seen and will also be the first Fitness 19 Ive personally heard of that has showers haha finally! I personally just love Fitness 19 in general because of how honest yet competitively cheap they are. I have full confidence that this will be one of the best gyms in the area particularly because I highly respect and trust Romeo and Angel, part of the staff there. Glad they offer daycare for all the busy parents!

Ok so now Im eve more disillusioned about Fitness 19. I purchased membership in July and paid for that month so I could start accessing the Chino location. I had a horrible experience and havent gone back. So now I am paying for a gym I cant use yet? Maybe I should just stop payment and stick with my current gym. Why is the owner only responding to positive reviews?

Although the gym has not opened yet, the workers here have been really good at describing how the gym is going to turn out. The gym will operate very easily and will have many amazing remodeling being done to it such as lockers, showers, daycares, classes, affordable non-contract memberships, and state of the art equipment.

The gym isnt even open yet and the three workers, Romeo, Angel, and I didnt get the chance to meet the last guy, have been extraordinarily helpful. They have shown exactly what this gym is going to be and whats its capable of. Im looking forward to being a part of this gym coming in August!

I used to go to Fitness 19 back in highschool when there was one that opened up right in front of my school. Best and most affordable gym I had ever been to and Im so excited to join this awesome community again here in the brea area. You are more than welcome here!!!!

Im honestly excited that Fitness 19 is expanding all over Southern California. Prices are reasonable and cost effective that most incoming and current members will find true. Everyone is there to help you, so youre in way better hands.

They said they were gonna open early July, then late July/early August, now some time in September. Were all paid up just waiting for you to open. Off to a great start fitness 19, maybe open sometime in 2017 would be nice

DO NOT SIGN UP TO THI GYM. ITS A TOTAL SCAM. Signed up in May and they keep postponing opening date. Good luck getting your money back
