These folks are totally dishonest in their business dealings! I did a contract job for them back in June on the promise of getting paid by credit card IMMEDIATELY upon completion of the job. I got the job done, their customer was totally happy with everything.... BUT, when I called for payment, the same guy who promised me a credit card now tells me that hes not authorized to do that. Fast forward 7 months later, I have sent roughly 30 emails and made 14 phone calls with no luck getting paid. I get the runaround every single time. NOW, they need more work done in my area and theyre trying to get me to go back and do another job for them. They say that they will pay my last invoice (MINUS LATE FEES) if I will only go and do this one job for them. I THINK NOT! Fool me once, shame on you...... Fool me twice, well.... That aint happening. Blue Dot Safes..... You have pissed off the wrong vendor..... I am making it my mission to expose who you are and the way you do business. If you want to make it right, contact me with a valid credit card and pay my invoice IN FULL, INCLUDING all late fees..... Since youve chosen not to pay me the full amount, I am going to pursue your customer for my money. I dont like being scammed.

Terrible customer service. Mechanical dial lost calibration after a little over a year. called blue dot safe customer service and was told that there was nothing they could do as I was outside of the one year warranty. I have now owned my safe a little over two years and cannot get in to it at all as the mechanical dial is completely out of sync. Called again, was told to pound sand as their "policy" does not allow them to do anything to fix the problem. will now be paying someone to come out and fix/calibrate or replace my lock completely with a better quality unit. I have had mechanical dials that are 15 years old and have never needed to be calibrated, certainly not after just one year of use. I would definitely recommend paying the extra couple hundred dollars and getting a better quality unit from a company who is willing to stand by the components they use to build their safes.

Very dishonest! I had been warned about doing business with this company as they dont pay their vendors..They always paid with a credit card after completion of the job. Last time I did a job for them was the last! they promised a credit card after completion of the job, then they blew me off! Its ok:) I dont know of too many locksmiths that will still work for them!! I know Im done with them , and so are all the other locksmiths I know on our association... we share information!
